There are two ladies here. Every time I go to the dentist, they keep chatting. They are not serious about treating patients. My teeth are always hurting. I don't know how to complain to them.

being an Client of Dental Herald Christian health, I am appreciate those treatments that were treated and clearly understand any Medicine concern my diagnosis condition medical on each treatment i have been received.
Do not be afraid to make any question belong to their business, just ask and get the right answers with consistency instructions apply to you and your members family.
responsibility with patients and support a referral if applicable and necessary .
respectful on any appointment and never excused any reasons regardless of the client's behind the schedule ( they don't charge any deductible if we cannot afford the schedule in 24 hours upon an agreement acknowledge procedure for appointment requirement.
They work as Pro-Team and Treat patients as family members of Hearal Christian. Neither emotional Nor avoid the RIGHT of patients With NEW members, Previous or a referral client walks through the main door and steps in the line at Herald Christian Health Center.

I don't see the reason why there are a few low reviews, my experience there although not "mind-blowing" was decent and respectable. The staff were very accommodating and I was attended to relatively quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends/family as it's overall a solid pick in this area for affordable care.

I'm so disappointed most every time making phone call to talk to any of nurse, because every time they impolite, happened as this morning I called for request my ultrasound result to transfer to my gynecologist. The nurse his name is "Arthur shek" something..., the moment I was upset his attitude didn't pay attention what exactly spelling, but I'm 100 percent sure he work at Rosemead location. He sarcasm my English not good enough as him and I'm graduated master degree, ahah so funny and ridiculous, this is not first time bad attitudes for him, guess some person never changed... One little bad darkness spot will cause the whole term efforts, feels sorry to other workers. Hopefully management pay attention to some of bad attitude, because Herald Christian represented Jesus Christ, make sure every one on duty having good attitude even by the phone. He need pray to God for himself to get help change bad attitude, look up Jesus Christ reminded own how he treated others, others will treat back same as him.
我在國聲看醫生已經差不多快兩年, 現在門診服務態度已經好很多, 但電話態度仍然非常之差. 像今早我打電話要求將我的報告從加福轉去我婦科醫生, 但這位男護士以非常無禮而婉轉的諷刺態度和我說話, 告訴我, 我的英文不夠他合資格. 對的我已經大學碩士畢業了但我沒有教别人學英文的能力, 我想這位所謂的男護士應該有所謂的學歷去看少和教育的資格吧! 如果他有...應該學習自身的基本禮貌, 因為你怎樣對別人, 別人同樣以你的態度待你.

My son goes here for his doctor appointments! They are an Asian community doctor, but had no issues seeing my son, even when no other Doctors office would accept his insurance. Definitely recommend!
