My husband and I joined this place about 6 months
Driving over an hour each way, In the beginning all was OK, however after going out of town we wanted to make up our session and were told no something we had done in the past, we decided to end our relationship so we made the drive to tell them in person we were then told we would be charged for the rest of Aug. And all of september.the fees are almost twice what we pay out of state for the same service and the service is far more friendly also these owners are there every day. The owner that called us after we left we have not seen after the first month.

I had bad sciatica pain for 3 years. Looked into surgery not really what i want. I met Roger and Sherri and started osteostrong. I have gone from 3-6 gabapentin a night to zero. This program works i saw results the first week.

Giving this service three stars only because of decent initial presentation. The owner is very rude, poor customer service and scheduling is incredibly difficult to manage. I don’t recommend this location.

Pure lie on your part, which speaks to no integrity of your business. Please note I am not the only person (TWO more people wrote same), who left exactly the same comment about the owner’s rudeness. I almost never leave reviews but this time I was shocked at the owner’s reaction towards me after I asked a simple question if I could give my credit card over the phone after I fill out information online. The owner became agitated, raised his voice that this is the only way they do it and after I asked him to lower his voice he simply hanged up on me.

Do I feel better leaving this review? Yes, I do because bad customer service needs to be noted. I usually would not even care to waste my time on staff like this but this business totally deserves it. Please read below review about the owner’s rudeness. The pattern repeats itself.

The owners, Roger and Sherry, and the staff are caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Has positive atmosphere.
I'm about 8 months into the OsteoStrong program. I've noticed big improvement as to my strength and balance. I have less back pain and knee pain. I feel stronger and more stable.

I have full blown osteoporosis and pretty much refuse to take the prescription drugs that are on the market. I have always worked out, ate a healthy diet and took supplements but none of these things were keeping my osteoporosis from progressing. At my last GYN appointment my doctor mentioned that I might want to check out Osteostrong. I gave them a call and Roger explained everything to me in detail. I signed up and have been going for about 9 months. I absolutely love going!!
The staff are so patient and encouraging. The workout is once a week for about 10 mins, which is awesome because my time is very precious. I never get sore or burned out.
I plan to have another bone density scan in about another 9 months. Even if that doesn’t show improvement, I will continue to go back as I feel I have gained coordination, strength and balance.

It seems like many of Osteostrong's customers have good results. I wish I could say the same.

The customer service was good. But over 15 months, my Dexascan results declined by a very small amount. What surprised me more was the explanation given to me..
i.e. that I could only expect good results if I hit my "rapid growth trigger" every week for 12 consecutive months.

Over a 15 month period, I took a 2+ month break for knee surgery. I also took July off due to vacations.

A couple of times per year, they close for a full week, so you can only visit 3x those months, not 4x.

Obviously, I could not hit my rapid growth trigger when they closed for a whole week due to a holiday. But they still charged me for a full month.

In short, only expect results if you never take a month off for a vacation or other reason.... and you visit weekly for at least 12 consecutive months.

I joined OsteoStrong Danville in August because of a recommendation from my nephew, who is a chiropractor. I called him because I have borderline osteoporosis in my hips and lower back. I didn't want to go on the medication and so along with nutrition advice, he told me the best thing I could do is to find an OsteoStrong and join up.

I am 73 and have lower back and knee issues. I go once a week and have seen an overall improvement of 52% but the most important benefit is the improvement in my everyday life. I'm considerably stronger, have better balance and my back and knees don't bother me nearly as much. Recently we had to move three rooms of furniture for new flooring and I was able to lift and move things that I would never have attempted, fearing that I would hurt myself. I also sleep better.

The staff at Danville are amazing. I've worked with Roger and Stephanie and they cheer me on when I come in. They're both so knowledgeable about body mechanics and are incredibly supportive and encouraging. I feel like I can accomplish anything during my session. I highly recommend OsteoStrong for women who have osteopenia or osteoporosis and for anyone who wants to greatly improve their overall strength and general well-being.
