I had the most amazing visit with Dr. Rilling! He was friendly, thoughtful, and fixed my problem within the hour. Rosa at the front desk was so nice and made me feel right at home. I was even able to make myself a cup of coffee while waiting 🙂 highly recommend this place to anyone! (And look how cute the decor is haha)

Dr. Rilling and the entire team were all kind and helpful, and the office feels new and comfortable. The doctor gave me loads of useful information to mitigate my injury and I was able to purchase orthopedic inserts for my shoes. Office dog was a great plus. 10/10 will be going back!

Truly one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office ever!!

I love that you can schedule appointments online, I wish more doctors offices did this because one of the hardest things can be just scheduling an appointment. I went to urgent care to address what I guessed might be an ingrown toenail. They weren't able to help so I found Dr. Rilling through my insurance search. Their soonest appointment was a week out (which is already fast!) but I called to see if they had anything sooner. To my luck they had some next day cancellations. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. The parking is easy and the office is clean and comfortable. I was shocked how quick and easy the ingrown removal process was. They even have an optional care kit for purchase with instructions which I really appreciated. I'm on the mend now and am actually looking forward to my recovery check up in two weeks.

All in all, I recommend Dr. Rilling to anyone looking for a podiatrist!

Finding myself on January 2nd, in need of a doctor of the foot, I was fortunate enough to call on Dr. Rilling at the Los Feliz Foot and Ankle Clinic. Under the care of this intuitive and steady-handed doctor, my ailments were remedied in such an effective, speedy and relatively pain-free manner. Returning to my car, I felt like I was gliding on air, and the drudgery of my daily tasks momentarily left my mind.

The human foot is key to our well-being, and any ailment of the feet is not to be left unattended. Should you, dear reader, find yourself in a similar state as I, please avail yourself of the services of good Dr. Rilling, without a moment's delay.

Probably the best doctor's office experience I've ever had!

I twisted my ankle/foot running and assumed it was likely a sprain of some kind, but at the urging of a colleague, I went to see Dr. Rilling to check. I am so thankful I did! Dr. Rilling quickly discovered that I had a small fracture and set me on an immediate treatment plan. If I hadn't seen him, the damage could've been so much worse. Beyond the great, thorough care, Dr. Rilling and his wonderful office team stayed open late so he could see me the same day. Thank you, Dr. Rilling & team!

Had the BEST experience with Dr. Rilling. I've had some pretty bad ingrown toenails in my day and figured it was time to get the permanent procedure done once and for all. I have gotten temporary removals before and they have been incredibly painful and traumatic, so I was nervous about this. I have no idea how he does it but it really did not hurt, he was a total pro and was very supportive every step of the way. Recommend him 10/10. Front staff was also so kind and helpful, I was seen right away. Thank you guys!

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Dustin Rilling was absolutely dreadful. I entrusted him with a simple toenail fungus issue, but his treatment which was pulling out my whole nail ended up causing a painful ingrown nail, which is for the rest of my life!!!! Seeking a second opinion, another doctor was shocked at the damage done, emphasizing that allowing Dr. Rilling near my nail was a grave mistake. I would caution anyone against entrusting their foot care to this practitioner.

I had a pretty gnarly ingrown toenail that was pretty debilitating. I made an appointment with Dr. Rilling for this and a couple other issues. The front desk staff was SO nice and accommodating, they even offered me coffee.(!)

Dr. Rilling was empathetic and clear with his communication. He was transparent about cost up front and his diagnosis was easy to understand. What was best is that he was able to do the procedure the same day as my consultation.

I'm now pain free, my toenail looks like nothing happened to it ever, and I have a new doctor in my rolodex if I need anything foot/ankle related. Top tier medical care, 10/10.
