Lifestance has been great. They are accommodating with appointments and care needed. The team is knowledgeable and caring. It’s easy to get medications and therapy thru the same provider. My therapist and my psychiatrist nurse practitioner work together to provide the best care. They work with my insurance. They work with you to make sure you’re comfortable as well with decisions.
It can take time but I have seen great improvements in a relatively small time frame compared to my past experiences. It also depends on your openness to improve. I will continue to work with Lifestance to finish getting to where I want to be.

Great doctor but I can't deal with the lack of ability to get someone on the phone, and the way the medication refill woman spoke to me. Doc made a mistake and did not add a refill to one of my meds, she says it will be 48 hrs because of their policy and blamed me asking me why I didn't call sooner. Called as soon as I found out.

So I guess keep an eye on your refills bc if you run out no one cares what the physical and mental effects might be. It's gonna be a fun 48 hours for me I guess. But I'll live probably so they don't care.

Edit: I called after waiting the 48 hrs and turns out the doctor was enjoying a lovely vacation 🙂 after begging the doctor's assistant for help which was of course humiliating I finally got my medicine. I found a new provider now. Which is good because they cancelled my next appointment with no call or warning so glad I took care of myself!
