This is only my second session with Jess but I am so impressed with the results. I lived with painful intercourse forever and low back pain for a couple of years. I have seen physical therapists but wasn't motivated to exercise consistently at home. By chance, a very nice gynecologist suggested that both the pain in intercourse and low back pain could be attributed to pelvic floor issues and I found Jess online. Jess is the best physical therapist I have seen, always considerate, cheerful and encouraging, never pushing me to do things that I do not feel comfortable doing. There is instant relief of my pelvic pain associated with insertion and low back pain after a few minutes of massaging in our first session. This relief motivated me to do the prescribed home exercises and I feel I am getting better!

Love Healthy Pelvis! Super clean and welcoming vibes. Tanya herself is so personable - she makes you feel incredibly comfortable. She has so many tips and tricks! I’ve been to quite a few PT’s and i’d put Tanya and her group at the top for the area. The expertise level, the chill vibe while “getting the work done”… the list of positives goes on. The only downside is getting your perfect appointment time or day… they can get booked up. Pro tip they have a cancellation list that moves pretty quickly so there’s a good chance of seeing your PT from that if you have scheduling issues. A++ for Tanya and the whole staff at Healthy Pelvis!

Anyone with existing or preventative pelvic issues will be in the best hands in the world with Dr. Tanya. After meeting a few PTs and chains and unsuccessfully coping with my bladder prolapse and a flare up of muscular pain that presented like appendicitis, I visited Dr. Tanya and found instant relief and healing. She is deeply knowledgeable and intuitive with the human body in a way that I have not seen any other medical expert demonstrate, even experienced OBs or Gynos. In fact, because Tanya is an independent medical expert, she sees things differently and accurately and heals the condition inside out, without succumbing to capitalist treatment programs or mindless medical interventions.

Tanya systematically put me on the path of healing my prolapse and I am halfway there already. Each time she explains the condition and tools in a highly empowering way. In addition, she has healed several muscular knots in unconventional areas and all the pain dissolves away with her touch. Tanya is great to work with as well, super smart, pleasant and highly ethical.

I am so happy to have found Jess after I started having so serious lower back pain during my third trimester. Jess is so very caring, patient and great in what she does. She taught me a number of tricks and exercises that reduced my pain level while getting in and out of bed. Later on she also taught me how to correctly oft and hold a baby, and some good practices during delivery. By following her instructions and doing breathing and massaging exercises at home, I was able to deliver my baby boy (first one!) yesterday with just 1 hour of pushing and almost no tearing! If you are suffering from any pregnancy related issues, I highly recommend Jess and feeling confident that she will be able to help a lot!

I would highly recommend Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy and Jess Fu. I had some serious health complications that came up a few months post childbirth, and was very worried about long term health impacts. I was fortunate enough to quickly get time to see Jess in person, and she was so effective in her PT methods that after a few weeks my doctor told me I had managed to reverse the negative trajectory that my body had been taking. Jess is not only very kind and wise in spirit and communication, but she is very holistic in how she works with clients - body and mind working together, and made me feel tremendously comforted and secure for a very private health issue, which it turned gave me the confidence to really dig in and work to heal. I saw Dr. Jess at Healthy Pelvis for 3 months and she was tremendously helpful with a whole range of issues, I can't recommend her care and expertise enough. I initially went for overactive bladder issues that after a month of doing exercises she showed me, were shockingly almost totally better. She is very knowledgeable, about pelvic floor care but also the rest of the body, she ended up also helping me with lower back, shoulder, and neck pain and stiffness. She was very gentle and encouraging, exactly the kind of energy needed for this type of care. She would give me tools to take home and written instructions from our sessions that was really helpful. I greatly appreciated her help and recommend seeing her for any kind of body issues- I was surprised by the variety of issues she was able to help me address.

I am so grateful for working with Jess at the Healthy Pelvis. I had been having chronic shoulder pain and tension headaches while working from home the past year and could not seem to adjust my set up enough. After going to Jess for two sessions, and following her simple and precise movement exercises (~15 min daily) the pain became manageable. Now after a few more sessions and few months I can keep myself pain-free and with no ibuprofen!
She is so gentle, safe and pressure free. We often touched on a few additional trigger areas and I feel in such bette balance overall.
I also love the space -- very clean and comfortable.
