I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and kindness I received from Dr. Zhang and the entire care team at Bay Star Dental on my multiple dental implants. Every member of the care team made me feel comfortable, well-cared for, and confident in the process.

The procedure itself was much smoother than I expected, and the recovery was surprisingly quick. I’m now eagerly awaiting the final step of the crown installation, and I can already see how amazing the results will be.

Dr. Xuyu Zhang has done several dental procedures and always discussed the options and explanations as to the benefits of the different options. He also has never done anything that is not been necessary and has done a wait and see on a couple of things so I know there's a sense of integrity in the office which is important to me.

Earlier this May, I had an issue with my dental bridge and Dr. Zhang was very careful and thorough in treating it. He managed to save both of my teeth and placed a temporary bridge.He provided me with two options to choose from, and I ultimately decided on an implant and two crowns. Throughout the process, the doctor always considered what is the best treatment for me.I’m very grateful to Dr. Zhang, and my surgery went smoothly. I’m looking forward to having the new crown placed in January! The doctor’s assistant was a great help, not only assisting with the treatment but also calming my anxious emotions. The front desk staff is very familiar with insurance procedures, which allowed me to know the total cost of the treatment in advance. I’m very fortunate that after moving to the Bay Area, I found such a good dentist and clinic. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr.Zhang has attention to details for taking care of kids dental work. He has recently repaired the cavities of my 6 year old and he worked very quickly and efficiently inside such a small mouth of my son. My son did not have any pain during nor after the dental work was completed.

Dr. Zhang is amazing! I had a filling done at another dentist and experienced pain for a month. When I came here, Dr. Zhang patiently reviewed my X-rays and re-did the filling right away. Once the anesthesia wore off, my tooth no longer hurt! The technique is excellent, the environment is great, and the staff is very efficient. Highly recommended!
