TLDR: Great Dr. and staff, I would recommend it if on the fence regarding negative reviews.

Came in this afternoon for a neuroma that I developed from wearing too tight of shoes while abroad and walking far more than usual. Doing some independent research I was able to get a rough idea of what my problem was potentially and the solutions. Most of the time it's a lifestyle change or change of shoe, both of which I did but the problem persisted.

I found that there were non-invasive procedures like a steroid injection to minimize the neuroma and was nervous about taking a shot to the foot in general.

The reason why I am providing some extra detail here is to highlight that the website acknowledges my particular condition, the staff knew exactly what I was referencing and of course the doctor did as well.

From the initial call to make an appointment, the receptionist was warm and inviting. When I walked in she was also very friendly and had a good rapport with other guests, not sure how it's possible that people point out negativity towards the front desk.

I didn't have to wait more than 10-15 minutes and was then was seen by another staff member that took in more detail, Dr. Ghamgosar was soon to follow and he had very warm bedside manner. He thoroughly listened and examined details like my shoes and shoe inserts without me having to prompt him and took mental note (later revealed that he was analyzing it and thought they were good shoes + inserts -> Hokas).

I never felt rushed or that he was trying to speed anything up unnecessarily, in fact it was just efficient and meticulous.

He performed some basic stress tests and then we did an X-ray which was also very efficient, not rushed. I felt that Dr. Ghamgosar was thorough in his examination and agreed it was a Neuroma. He asked about triggers and exercises down to the detail of the shoes and how I wear them.

The final step was that he offered his suggestion to do the injection which I wanted from the beginning but wasn't sure if it was going to take another appointment since this was the first time I had come in. Nope, we were able to go ahead with it and address the problem right away. Earlier I mentioned that it was a needle that I was particularly nervous about just because my foot is particularly sensitive. The Dr. used a cold spray and confidently inserted the needle, it wasn't bad at all.

After receiving very good care from the office, I figured that I would write a POSITIVE and candid review so that the ratings would more accurately reflect the practice.

I would highly recommend that you go ahead with scheduling here if you're nervous about angry reviewers.

Shocked and surprised of how horrible my experience was. I did not feel welcome by the Dr. Maybe wife/husband problems but I definitely did not deserve the experience I got from him. He's not here for patients, only for the money my insurance pays him. Will not be bringing my business to this Grinch anytime soon.

This review is also for Al Ghamgosar, who runs this practice. I came in as a new patient for my right ankle, which had been sprained multiple times throughout years of sports and never recovered correctly. After another sprain, my ankle was in pain just from walking and lying down, which was terrible, since I enjoy working out daily.

I was diagnosed by Dr Ghamgosar with ankle instability, and was able to schedule surgery quickly to resolve it. My surgery was the Brostom procedure or lateral ankle ligament repair. The surgery itself was fantastic and easy and I went home the same day. I recovered fully after about 3-4 months. The first 1.5 months were indeed terrible as I couldn't walk or stand and had to live in a cast even when taking showers, but that was expected before the surgery. Now I can walk, jump, lift, and run without pain or problems. It's not like the surgery undid time and now it's exactly the same as if it were never sprained before - sometimes I can feel the difference between my ankles (not pain - just difference in terms of flexibility and strength), and I do have a very faint scar in the area. But overall, my life quality has shot up 110% since the surgery, and sometimes I even forget I had the surgery since I'm pain-free and can do any physical activity involving feet without problems. I am very grateful and will recommend Dr Ghamgosar to anyone who needs a podiatrist.

One of the worst experiences. They charged me 100s of dollars for a simple foot exam and then asked me to schedule a follow up. Then the doctor had already left when I arrived for my follow up appointment on time and then cancelled the appointment twice.
