No recomiendo mantengasè alejado de està supuesta clinica, aparte que el servicio es pesimo esos supuestos doctores parecen carniceros, no se cambian los guantes, NO son profesionales en NADA. Los supuestos consulturios son minusculos y con 0 de privacidad. A parte que son unos estafadores con el precio no dan listado y dicen el precio que les da la gana. Incluso usan el material que ellos quieren y yo les pedi solo porcelana ademas del tamaño de los dientes. Horrible lugar y empleados pesimos.

Don’t go there!!!!! They lie, forge your signature and extort money from you when they refused to honor the warranty. My all on four implants started failing after 6 months, coming loose and chipping because the bite was off. When you call them on it the lies start. After admitting to me they failed because the bite was off they then said the implants chips because I ate hard things. I got them to replace the upper one (then extorted money out of me three days later when they were ready to be placed) but the bottom is so chewed up it cuts my lip. While placing the new uppers they chipped before they were completely cemented in!!!! Inferior product or poor lab work? I don’t care, it’s their responsibility. I’ve filed a complaint with the department of tourism who said you probably won’t get your money back because you agreed to pay them. Was I supposed to leave with metal posts and month? That’s what I got for $14,000! I’ve had an American dentist and another dentist in Los Algodones shake their head at the mess I have and say the bite was off which caused the failure. I was told I have a lifetime guarantee, then told because I didn’t come there every 6 months it was void. That’s an unsustainable condition and they know that which is why they do it. Then they forged my signature on a form that said two year warranty. The lies Tony tells are creative albeit ridiculous. Also I found out the owner of the clinic is not a dentist or a doctor but he hides behind the phone and make doctor level decisions he’s not qualified to make, the motivation is greed. I’ve been through hell for the last three and a half years with no reliable teeth to eat with. PLEASE!!!!! Don’t go there.

Update: I was there Wednesday September 18th, 2024. Today is Friday September 20th, 2024 and the new upper arch just fell out!!!!! Unbelievable

I have been have been happy with the work that I have had done, 6 zirconia crowns across the top front. I no longer hide my smile. I also had a 3-piece crown done and am very satisfied with the work. They did a CT scan to determine if I had enough bone to have an implant, which I didn’t, instead of just upselling me to something that wouldn’t work for me. The office is very nice and clean and the people are very friendly and professional.

Very dishonest!!! Beware! I was told i needed an implant. They charged me $300.00 for xrays. And when I went back to have the procedure I waited two hrs and watched EVERYONE go in but me. I left after being told it would be another 20 minutes severe times. When I tried several attempts to reschedule i was ignored with no response. I finalled emailed them asking for my xrays that i paid for. when i went to pick them up, they said they would email them to me. I NEVER got them. Went to another dental clinic and was charged $65.00 for exact xrays. Then i was told i DIDNT need an implant, just a filling!!!
So be very careful !!!

Place was very clean very professional had my teeth done within a month and a half after the swelling went down. I informed Tony that my top plate was crooked and my teeth were hitting on the left side. I’m all the way in California so it takes me 14 hours and two days to get there so I was gonna wait about six months during that time because the left side was crooked. It broke two of my outer plates. I paid $15,000 for zirconium teeth and got a hold of him last month. Tried to contact him through text message and after no response after like a month and a half I decided to call them I called him. He said he would pull up my records and call me back. It’s been a month he still hasn’t called me back , so they’re not gonna stand behind their work obviously

Continue to be impressed with Guadalajara Dental Clinic. Quick service and better than reasonable prices! Had a loose crown and they fixed it, no charge. This implant was done in 2017.

My husband and I both went to Guadalajara Dental Clinic in May 2021, through Dental Departures, to begin the processes of getting full dental implants. We were both pretty nervous about traveling outside the U.S. for dental care, but I did a lot of research, and Luis, the patient coordinator for Dental Departures, did a great job explaining the process and answering our numerous questions. He also gave some great advice and tips, having had the procedure done himself. Once we arrived at the clinic we were pleasantly surprised and relieved - the clinic was extremely clean, nice, and had very up-to-date/advanced technology. It was actually nicer than many dental offices I’ve been to in the U.S. We had full CT scans and examinations done the first day, and while I had enough bone for all of the implants, it was determined that my husband would need a bone graft (and sinus lift) on his upper jaw, but could proceed with implants in his lower jaw. We each had to have A LOT of extractions done before actually having any of the implants placed as well, so we ended up having quite a bit of work done. We were both VERY impressed with the level of care and service we received from every member of the staff. Dr. Vega did an EXCELLENT job with my teeth and was very gentle - I didn’t even feel the Novocain shots he did them so well! Tony, the patient coordinator for the clinic, was absolutely AWESOME! He answered any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time. He arranged transportation for us to and from our hotel to the clinic each day, and even bought us lunch the first day we were there. We’ll be returning in November for my permanents, and for my husband to have the upper implants placed (and will then get his permanent teeth approximately 4-6 months after that.) We’re both doing well right now - as of writing this we’re 3 months post extractions and upper and lower implants for me, and extractions, lower jaw implants, and upper jaw bone graft/sinus lift for my husband. We’ve not had any issues with healing or with our implants and I’m even "high risk" due to an autoimmune disease. We have absolutely no reservations about our return visit(s), and have even recommended Guadalajara Dental Clinic to family and friends. Thank you again Dr. Vega, Dr. Carlos, Tony, and everyone else at Guadalajara Dental Clinic for taking such good care of us and for giving us beautiful smiles - even with just our temporary teeth! You guys are AMAZING and we can’t wait to go back and get our permanent ones!
