We went in for the pediatric urgent care on a Sunday. The pediatrician is such an incompetent doctor who did a complete wrong diagnosis and ignored all signs of illness and sent us home. With aggravated symptoms we had to visit another pediatrician next day to get the right treatment. Would not recommend it at all to any parent.

First trip to the Pediatric Urgent Care. Catherine at the front desk was kind and helpful. Informed us of the one hour wait time which was expected for the holiday week. Stephen, RN was able to triage our son for his foot injury. He was kind and courteous with our 21 month old. We had x-rays taken in between and the wait for radiology was not too long. Emelio, tech from radiology, was friendly with our toddler and even gave a sticker. Checked in with the front desk again (didn’t catch her name) and she was kind and personable as well. Didn’t wait too long and had Gemma brought us back. We met with Dr. Ama who was very sweet and thorough with our son’s injury despite him being nervous around the clinic. Overall, great experience even though our toddler wasn’t feeling his best. Everyone was professional, kind, and courteous. Thanks team for the smooth experience!

Now I understand why the poor rating . The wait time is ridiculously high. We were asked to wait for an hour but we ended up waiting for more than 2 hours. Kid frustrated, already down with fever and severe congestion, fatigue and throwing up, they have zero empathy. And they just take patients randomly without any emergencies or concerns. All the other patients who came in after us which they called emergencies were playing and having fun . It’s just crazy how they have no organized staff and management. Never coming back . Worst experience.

Lady at the reception desk is incompetent, and shows no empathy at all. We took our infant daughter there for an appointment. After checking in, we were directed to the waiting area. 30 minutes after our appointment time we were still not called. We went to check with the receptionist and guess what, she said we weren’t checked in and we were considered no-show. Must be kidding, right? No. The receptionist was very unapologetic, saying there was no record in the computer, so it must be us that didn’t check in. Everyone makes mistakes, but because the lady simply does not want to own up to it, the level of brazenness is extraordinary.

Just perfect! Receptionists, nurses, and doctor were all very nice and helpful. Process smooth and easy. Waiting times very long but that was no problem as we could go home and return later without loosing position in waiting line. Thanks a lot!

Go to this center if you hate yourself and your kids. This pediatric urgent care center is a complete mess. I took an appointment, and it took 1 hour 15 mins of waiting, before the first nurse could see us. The ordeal continued for 3.5 hours, to get seen by the doctor and an xray. The experience was completely different in their Mountain View center. The staff and nurses that we interacted with were rude. Fed up with waiting, we left without being seen by the doctor, after xray. We went in, only our son not feeling well, came back all of us not feeling well.

No meaning to the word "Urgent Care"! Had to wait 3 hours to see a Doctor, who spend hardly 2-3 mins to refers me to radiology, which has its own wait time( far shorter) and come back to again and wait for another 30-40 mins for the doctor to see me again with X-ray's. The whole thing could have been avoided with a more functional/pragmatic process. I cant imagine someone who was in more pain than me waiting for this long. I understand its not Emergency, but still 3-4 hours to attend to someone in pain cannot be called "Urgent care". No complaints on Staff as they were good when attended.

Very poorly ran clinic. 4 hour wait times and it wasn’t even crowded. Little to no urgency. They didn’t even give me paperwork to show that I was there. The breathing machine they used for my daughter came apart three times and I had to reassemble it myself. Would not recommend
