Dirty…. Omg was my first impression..,Place looked like an abandoned building, reminded me of chainsaw massacre. then have a nerve to only pay a $20 rate smh. They did not pay me for my 3day orientation at all, the gas I wasted driving there had me very upset

This building has undergone so many wonderful renovations since we brought my family member here last December! Besides the appearance the staff here always does a great job accommodating to our needs and keeping the establishment clean and safe. I would most definitely encourage friends & family to stay at this nursing home especially if they need a secure unit which was very difficult to find in this community!

I honestly don't know how much I can say thank you to the staff of Green Acres. They took in my mom and gave ger the best care possible. The staff are always kind and helpful. They took good care of her, her clothes, called me anytime there was a change in her condition and when didnt reach me they called my brother. From the administrator Juanita, to Hazel in business office, the social worker and all the nurses, everyone was oh so wonderful. I decided to at theblast minute during the weekend go get my mother. I ran into a hiccup with her being released but in a blink I got a call from.the administrator and they worked hard to ensure a seamless discharge so my mom would get Rx as I live in Sacramento.

Using facetime to connect with my mom was seamless. The staff was always kind to her, she always looked good. I am a Healthcare executive and I have managed hospital units and different facilities and I have seen the most gorgeous places and horrible staff. The state of the building does leave more to desire however the care given surpasses any state of the art facility. In the 2 weeks I've spent with my mom, I can already see the impact they had on her. The songs she sings and dances to. Thank you Green Acres.

Too much understaffing. Neglect is the main practice. And since residents are cognitively impaired. They get away with it. Nurses and caregivers are overworked. Its so sad

Very helpful staffs. Gave me a very detail tour of the facility. Answer all my questions that I have about nursing home. Considering placing my aunt at green acres.
