Therapists are fine but the front desk is very unprofessional. Before booking the appointment I was told that each visit would need a small amount copay with doctor referral with my insurance. After I had the doctor referral and went for the visit and paid the copay, after a couple days I was told that the visit needed to be out of pocket since I haven’t reached the deductible. The deductible and copay are two different mechanisms and if the front desk is not sure about the insurance coverage they should advise patients to verify rather than promising something wrong.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. They listen, hear what you say and give sound advise re progress and goals for optimum recovery. My Double knee replacement surgeries were 6 weeks apart and Belsten has me feeling very confident I’ll be back in pickleball action within 8 weeks of my last surgery.

Select Physical Therapy is fantastic. I’ve been going there for a myriad of treatments over 10 years including patella tendinitis and a broken clavicle/collarbone. Each time they are thorough, respectful and a lot of fun. The back office staff is wonderful as well - helped me with a smile through some gruesome insurance challenges. Highly recommend!
