The staff at Riverside Mental Health called my house and when my adopted mom answered the phone, they said they wanted to speak to my biological mom. When asked what it was regarding, they said it was a matter of patient confidentiality. When I talked to them, they told me my mom would have to find a way to get there, because she had defecated in the car and was not allowed to use transportation to and from her mental health appointment anymore. My mom is disabled and these people have no compassion at all. "Rules are rules."

I have been trying to get my son in here since october since we moved here from moreno valley and he was going to blaine clinic in riverside. His first appt was for dec 20th when they called to change appt to jan, so we went to that appt and they said oh we tried to call you to let you know the doctor called in sick we need to change appt so they changed it then called and said he had a meeting and made another appt for tomorrow. If they cancel again I'm going to have to find another place because in the meantime he ran out of his meds from the other clinic with no more refills so I had to go to riverside as a walk in to get more meds from his previous doctor. This is ridiculous when you have a son who depends on anti anxiety meds and can't even get in for an evaluation! what kind of place is this? in human that's what!

If it was possible to give negative 5 stars I would. There is no communication, do not keep records, completely​ unprofessional and unable to help anyone in a mental crisis.

People are tripping, this place is a great place to go. Don’t listen to these people who don’t care about other people or their feelings. I am treated great their and I watch them treat and cater to others there too. They are doing good things here. My Therapist is a good person I can open up and talk too.
