This office is very unprofessional because it’s run by the girls in front desk not by Dr. Rama. They gave my mom 4 months appointment, since they gave my friend 3 weeks appointment even though he called a month after I called!!! I hope Dr Rana will come up with a real explanation or transfer her license to the girls in front desk.

I’ve been going to this lady for over five years because I had ingrown toenails. This is the best place to go to or anything that has to do with your feet. I will give this lady five star. She’s good and it doesn’t hurt. She pulled your toenails out she’s about her business and I highly highly recommend this place.

The Dr and nail technicians are nice, however, very unprofessional scheduling. This is not the first time that I have had to wait over an hour to be seen after my appointment time. Today I checked in at 1:20pm and it's currently 3:10pm and everyone else that has checked in after me has been called. Going forward I will no longer come to this establishment due to excessive wait times. I walked out at 3:15 after discussing with the front desk that I've witnessed other people that checked in after me be seen before me and I've been waiting since 1:20 for my 1:40pm apt.

Rana, Mansour, DPM cut my toenails and injured me without bandaging the wound on my big toe and she put my socks on without I noticed that When I returned home I noticed blood coming out from my big toe because I’m taking medicine for blood thinners, and she did not ask me about my medicines. And*** The Iraqi secretary front desk did not have the qualifications for this job, so she gives near appointments to whomever she likes. we wait long time until she let us go in because she let her people go in first or the people she knows…I saw that with my own eyes. . I do not recommend this place. You must be careful before going to this place

Very bad management my appointment today at 1:00PM I went 15 minutes early to my appointment no one call me and old man had an appointment at one thirty, so he let him in before me.

I went in for my first visit this morning to have an ingrown toenail removed. Dr. Mansour was referred to me by various people, and I can’t say enough about Dr. Mansour. She is a kind and caring doctor who provides real human connection to her patients. Not only does Dr. Mansour have good bedside manner, she did an excellent job at removing my nail. The office staff was amazing, too! 🙂

1st time visiting a podiatrist. Staff and doctor were super friendly. I went in for a bad ingrown toenail nail to the point that I was embarrassed to show her. She made me feel comfortable and told me not to worry. She removed it super fast. The office and staff have a sweet and loving feel to it. Definitely will be back for a routine pedicure.

After suffering a bad ingrown nail for a years Dr Mansour was able to quickly relieve my pain and suffering in one appointment. Where as couple other Dr's hadn't been able to do it over multiple appointments over years. She is so nice and very good at what she does and the staff is very helpful and ready to care for you as soon as you walk in or they answer the phone. Thank you for such a great experience and getting me back to running pain free.
