Meeting Dr. Elizabeth has been a game changer for me. Although the holidays were approaching, I realized it was never going to be a perfect starting day, so I decided to join this weight management journey couple days before Thanksgiving. Although I know I could have done better losing 10 lbs and almost 8 inches from my abdomen, is a reason for me to celebrate and be optimistic about my weight loss journey. I bought this $37 deal through Facebook on impulse last month. I'm really surprised and happy about the results. I was skeptical, of course, like any intelligent person would be. Before I went in, I checked her out online and every review gave her 5 stars. When I went into her office, I saw pics of her patients and her all over the walls, showing results and smiles. I also learned that she's been in that Los Alamitos office for eleven years. I think that's saying something! FYI- I'm a normal person, I'm not being paid to say these things and outside of that one appt I had so far, I don't have any kind of relationship with her. Just saying.
Oh and she helps people with physical pain issues, too.

Without a doubt 5 stars!!!! Doctor Liz is absolutely one of the best! She is a rare find indeed. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone better. Very thorough, very kind and compassionate, a great listener.
I walked around with lower back pain for years thinking nothing could help. But after a few months of her care. Stretching and adjusting it is absolutely amazing, I feel like a new person!
I'm so lucky to have found such an incredible, amazing and caring person.

Extremely grateful for this program and the goals I was able to achieve and continue to maintain. Even during the holidays!! I have so much energy and confidence. Plan was extremely easy to follow with no effects of feeling hungry or sluggish compared to other diets I've tried that left me feeling sick and constant headaches. I have moved since, but I never realized how lucky I was to have been a patient of Dr. Weidlich. The adjustments and corresponding massage had my back feeling the best it ever has. Unfortunately for me I have not been able to find another similar experience since moving. Highly recommend.

The doctor has taken the time to talk to me and explain what's going on with my body and has done a good job to eliminate some of my pain. She is very patient and answers all my questions.
