I recently visited the Berman Skin Institute in Los Altos, and I can't say enough great things about my experience! The office is absolutely stunning—so clean, modern, and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole visit feel seamless and comfortable.

While I’ve been to their Tracy office before, my experience in Los Altos was nothing short of amazing. The BEST part? I absolutely LOVE my lips! The results are gorgeous—exactly what I hoped for.

If you’re considering any treatments, I highly recommend the team at Berman Skin Institute in Los Altos. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier!

I had such an amazing experience at Berman Skin Institute! As someone who was visiting a dermatology clinic for the first time, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Lindsay and Betty from management went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable. Their kindness and warmth truly stood out—they were so welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions, making the entire process stress-free.

The clinic itself was spotless and had a calming atmosphere, which made me feel even more at ease. Thanks to Lindsay and Betty’s exceptional care and professionalism, I left feeling confident and well cared for. I’m so glad I chose this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The doctor was helpful and acted quick, but something is wrong about this specific location, especially since I’ve had multiple visits to the Fremont location and none of the issues happened ever, making me hesitant to go back there again. The details are provided in the text message below, but some highlights:
1. the nurse prescribed to my previous location before I got a chance to provide them my current location, which was honestly understandable, and is why I game them an initial rating of 8/10. However, the part that is really not quite acceptable is they ended up not correcting this mistake and as a result my prescription was still sent to the wrong location!
2. It’s impossible to get hold of someone from the office. I called numerous times today trying to fix this, but nobody picked up and nobody followed up with me after I left them a voicemail hours ago.
3. I don’t know for sure yet, but it’s highly possible they sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy! The doctor told me clearly that she is prescribing me a new medicine this time, but CVS’ website shows it’s the same one as before. I would not be surprised if the person made a mistake because that same person immediately forgot the recommendation from the doctor and thought the follow up was in 4 weeks when the doctor clearly said 2 weeks. I hope it’s just that yesterday was not their typical day, otherwise, I would definitely NOT recommend this place just because how inadequate the nurse was.

The service was amazing the staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeably. They explained every they were doing and we they soothing to this first timer! The office was welcoming with smiles & greetings all around. I was happy with the results as they were very pleasing! Thank you for a great first visit it was a great experience and cheers to more self care appointments in the coming year with your office!

Had lip fillers done here and I love them! First of all the office is nice and bright and the gals at the front are friendly. Everyone I interacted with was warm and I really felt taken care of there. My lips look so natural and thanks to the numbing cream the process was virtually painless. I will definitely be going back here again When it's time. I highly recommend them for not only great service but great natural looking results!

I drove 35 minutes in traffic to get there. I waited 40 minutes in the waiting area and in the doctor's room, which was really nice, but I would have left quickly for work. When I left, the manager of the place spoke to me in a really rude and disrespectful way, even though I behaved with her, but not with one of the receptionists. In any case, I returned because i loved the doctor and will never go back there again. The attitude of the manager who attacked me for asking why I was charged $175 and I did not receive any service. In any case, you lost a customer because of a manager who does not know how to behave herself 🙂

The review is based on the consultation I received. The doctor was professional and appropriate, though had a mild case of halitosis. The assistant was pleasant, but I felt like I was dealing with a used car saleswoman. She showed me the retail price, but the discounted price was only displayed on her calculator without speaking a word. It seemed quite secretive. I found it amusing. Overall, this place is not my cup of tea.

Super pleased with Berman Skin Institute, I have been wanting my lips done for the longest the staff was super friendly and talked me through everything explaining the process and what I should expect. Definitely recommending all my friends and family members to the Berman Skin Institute And I will definitely be back for another round on my lips
