Doctor Khan is the best Doctor EVER. Unfortunately our insurance is now through the county, so we had to change Doctors. My family had Doctor Khan for over 12 years and there is not one thing I could ever say bad about him. He listens to you and you never feel rushed through your appointment. If you are lucky enough to have him for your Doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Khan.

Dr. Khan is great. No nonsense, tells you what needs to be done without the guessing games. The girls in the office are the best medical staff I've been around. Makes my visiting the office a million times better. If you're new to the area or just looking for another doctor call here first!

Office receptionists HARASS YOU!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED!!

Called to make appointment, informed of my two insurances & was told I would get a call to schedule. Then no call/text Nothing! (I was rudely shown a pile of papers by the fat receptionist, that they make logs of when people call—clearly not).

A week later I called back, since I never got a call, and again confirming my insurances & information. Got scheduled 2 more weeks out.

DENIED CARE because I even HAD a secondary Insurance, that wasn’t being used.

Receptionists harassment was UNACCEPTABLE. Questioning why I had a second insurance if I didn’t use it—I have a disability and did NOT appreciate the harassment I received! Fat one with curly hair, sitting in the back desk on the right window, needs to be FIRED for such discrimination!

Don’t bother asking for a manager. They just walk away and never come back or repeat “no one is available at the moment.”

Called old dr & explained what had just happened and they were APPALLED! Even spoke to their billing department, which told me they had no right to refuse me care as I was using my primary PPO!

Going back to SUTTER!
