Growing up, this was where i went to see my pediatrician Dr Hua Bai.
She and other doctors here are quacks who do not know how to be proper doctors.
On one visit, when she tried to clean my ear, she probe both the insides of my ear with a cleaning tool and it was extremely painful. Afterwards, it was bleeding nonstop for about an entire day, and I was partially deaf for about a week in one ear. I never received an apology or compensation. In fact, Dr Bai had the nerve to insist that I allow her to continue try to clean my ear. When I told her how painful it was, she told me that I was lying and that she's cleaned the ears of many children, and that they enjoyed how it felt.
On my other visits with her, she has always had a very apathetic attitude and it always felt that she did not respect me, and that I was wasting her time.
Another male doctor that I visited for a check up told me that I use my electronics too much for video games, and that I should not need to use them for more than 3 hours a day, only for schoolwork, and that I needed to sleep at 10pm. At the time I was in high school, right after the pandemic, when the entire world was quickly transitioning into a virtual setting. I was also the valedictorian and I grew up in a strict family that heavily denied me gaming or going out. It was impossible for me to be "playing too many games."
And, just like most other American doctors, it is difficult to cancel/make appointments, they often cost a lot of money to move or schedule, but when you arrive on time you are often made to wait for around half an hour before the doctor sees you.
The doctors here are extremely disconnected from reality and do not know what they are doing. Please do not send your children here.

I came to Dr.Liu's office to get a second opinion for my daughter when her first pediatrician had overlooked the fact that my daughter had sleep apnea. He took one look at her tonsils and was shocked at how large they were! He sent us to a specialist and due to insurance mix ups, it took alot of back and fourth communication between the front office staff and I. They were very helpful and very patient with me!! I was so happy to find a pediatrician who truly addressed my concerns and I am happy to say that we have found our pediatric home!! I am soooo glad my sister-in-law recommended Dr. Liu!! My daughter loved him as well and loves coming to visit, even when she got her shots for kindergarten!!!

** he does accept IEHP, so this does create a busy office and some wait times. Dr.Liu is very popular in our town so appointments are usually booked up a couple weeks in advanced. The staff usually does everything in their power to try to make it as quick as possible and get you in if there is an emergency!

would most definitely recommend Dr.Liu to anyone I know!!

Dr. Liu is by far the best pediatrician I have ever had. Takes his time with patients explains thoroughly everything. Every time I leave his office I know that my child will be ok. Also one of the things I love is that all staff are professional and very helpful. Dr.Liu has an after hours exchange line so at any time day or night if ur child needs him he will be available.
Highly recommend Dr. Lou the Best in the I.E

let me say i have been taking my kids to see Dr Liu for about 12 years now , i have tried other doctors for the kids and its nothing like Dr liu and his staff ( that's why i have been here 12 years), they are friendly and take their time with us i never feel rushed .my kids actually look forward to going to the doctors they have been the best , the offices are always clean . if your looking for a great Doctor and staff this place is the one .

I took my children to Dr. Liu while living in Chino and we were always very happy with him as a doctor as well as the staff at the office. We never had a problem getting in for sick visits, and although the wait can at times be long to be seen once you're in the office, the care received was always top notch. Anyone looking for a pediatrician I always recommend Dr. Liu.

Been with Dr Liu for over 15 years, but horrible front office staff has caused a change in Dr. Absolutely rude, in person and via phone, non empathetic which makes them seem unable to maintain a basic quality of care standard. Sad to go great Dr but your staff represents you also.

Great doctor, he listens to what you're saying and works with you to make sure the kids get the best care. Both doctors and staff are great, my kids have been seeing Dr. Liu for over 10 years now.
