I have been going to Costa Mesa Smiles since 2021 and they have completed multiple services for me including wisdom teeth removal, scheduled cleanings, and Invisalign treatment. Super happy with my results and just came in for my final tray of retainers! Dr. Pannu is great! Definitely recommend.

Went for my first visit got my x rays & a cleaning and they were very Fast & efficient, awesome payment plans and I can’t forget how friendly and welcoming the dentist & staff were. This dentist office kills the stigma of going to the dentist being a bad thing. They are all so nice at this office. I just had to have a filling done and they were super understanding of my nervousness and they were so gentle, it did not hurt at all! I never dread my dentist appointment because of this place.

Dr. Pannu and the hygienists/back office staff were nice but my experience with the front office wasn’t the best.

Trust me when I say I really do not like conflict or causing issues or anything but when I have needed to interact with the front office staff things have just felt a bit disorganized and handled in an unprofessional tone and didn’t feel like they were happy to help.

When I requested for my X-rays to be sent to myself when I was in the office in person for the purpose of going to another clinic I was also questioned a bit on why I was going to another clinic, which I personally was not comfortable saying right there and the situation just felt really awkward and unfriendly to me.

I was sent a single X-ray photo I had taken at a follow up visit the next day after I requested it but wasn’t sent my full set of X-rays I had during my initial exam so I asked if it was possible to get those as well and received a short email reply that what I received was the only X-ray they had on file with no other explanation. I was confused about that so I called the office and they initially just told me they already responded to my email and I ended up having to ask to speak with the dentist about it since I did have a full set of X-rays done there. The front office staff then went to ask the dentist and told me that there was the full set of X-rays but they were still working on sending them to me which was not what was conveyed to me in the email. Overall it just seems like there is a lot of miscommunication in the office. I ended up going to another office and I’ve had a great experience there.

For me, I can’t keep coming back when I don’t feel comfortable asking for help or calling the office. I really wish I had the great experience here that a lot of others say they did but it just wasn’t the case for me.

I love my dental office! Dr. Panu and her entire team are excellent at what they do, and enjoy working together. I have recommended them to friends and even people I don't know who might be talking about needing a new dentist because I know they will be well taken care of.

I cannot say enough great things about this office and everyone there, but I specifically want to shine a light on Dr. Manreet Pannu Grewal. I ended up finding this clinic when I had a sudden dental emergency. The office got me in quickly and the service was fantastic. I then came in for my 6mo cleaning and had another great experience with the whole staff. Today, Dr. Grewal fixed the bonding on my two front teeth and gave me the smile I always wanted. I literally got to my car and cried. I highly recommend this office. You won’t regret it!

I have been coming here for 19 years and used to be seen by the wonderful and thorough Dr. Huang who always made me feel so comfortable. My entire family comes to this office for the quality dental care and professionalism we always receive. Dr. Pannu is my dentist now and she is very gentle, calm and takes her time.
