I wish I could give zero stars to this complex. I’m extremely disappointed with 2775. Pay for guest parking?! Not only that, but my guests’ cars have been towed three times in the last eight months. The most recent incident was infuriating: during a medical emergency, my guest—who had already paid for parking—stepped away for just 10 minutes, and their car was towed. This is beyond unacceptable. It’s clear that all this complex cares about is money, not the well-being of its residents or their guests.

Living at this apartment complex was just okay. Lots uncleaned dog poop sometimes. And the maintenance is unscheduled--they just come whenever works. Also, when getting our security deposit back, my check was stolen and I contacted the office. They waited until the theft cashed it (even though I asked them to void it) and I had to wait 7 months for them to reissue a new check.

"Extremely Disappointed with 27 Seventy Five Mesa Verde"

I had a very negative experience with 27 Seventy Five Mesa Verde. The company stated that the $600 deposit for reserving an apartment during the application process would be refunded if the application was denied. However, they refused to return the deposit, claiming that more than 24 hours had passed since the application was submitted.

What makes this even worse is that there is no mention of this 24-hour policy anywhere on their website. This lack of transparency feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead potential renters.

I cannot recommend this complex to anyone looking for honest and fair treatment. Be very cautious if you decide to deal with them.

I have lived at this complex for the past four years, and I am incredibly disappointed with the management's handling of a recent incident involving my guest' vehicle. The car got towed just one hour after It was parked.

This experience has been very frustrating and inconvenient. The management chose to tow it without any warning or explanation. The lack of communication about parking policies is unacceptable, especially for residents who have consistently followed the rules.

I urge potential tenants to think carefully before moving in here, as the management does not seem to value their long-term residents or offer fair treatment. It’s disheartening to see that issues like this are handled so poorly.

I hope this review encourages the management to reevaluate their practices and consider more fairness and transparency in their operations.

Terrible business practices.
1. Charged late fee for rent because of an error on a check which was correct the same day but they processed the next.
2. Using their payment portal cost $80 to submit a payment.
3. They charge $60 for parking, $10/mo parcel delivery fee.
4. Charged double for utilities moving out.
5. Attempting to charge for cleaning after moving out despite being told the Rhino program covers the deposit towards such cost.

I have lived at 2775 Mesa Verde for 5 years now, and first off I want to give a huge shout out to Parker, one of the property managers. He is extremely competent, has helped me solve many resident problems, and is extremley professional and polite.

The community is fantastic, love it here.

My daughter and I rented here. Moved out, left the place spotless and got back our security deposit. THEN we started getting calls from a collection service saying we owed rent. The office never once reached out to us! Rent was all paid on move out date and notice was given. Then you can’t get anyone on the phone!
