What an incredible experience that came from quite an uncomfortable accident. The receptionist, Martha was very accommodating with my schedule. The office manager, Rachel is kind and thoughtful and compassionate with any changes or requests I had and never made me feel like a burden with myrequests. Dr. Berthelsen is a Specialist in both thoughtfulness and exquisite care. He’s very personable and makes a personal specific plan. Do you feel like I’m individual with when you’re under their care.

Dr. Berthelsen is so great! He and his staff are personal and professional, and take time to listen. I went to him for an ingrown tail, callus, and arthritis developing in my toes. He went through all my options patiently and painlessly cut out the nail and callus. I highly recommend him!

I appreciate Dr. Berthelsen and his assessment. I’ve asked to be scheduled for the surgery he recommended for after January 20th, 2024. I was promised a call back confirming the date, but I’ve called repeatedly and left messages according to the instructions and have never gotten a call back. It’s now 12/21/22, and still no word! Not professional!

I had a serious fibula spiral fracture right above my ankle. Wonderful staff got me in the same day. They were very friendly, welcoming, and took every precaution needed for my care. This was the first time I had an injury like this and Dr. Berthelsen was great about answering all of my questions and putting me at ease. Surgery went very well and he has been very diligent with my follow-ups to make sure that I am healing properly. It’s been 2 months since the break and though I will have extensive physical therapy to get back to my active lifestyle, I am confident that I will make a full recovery, thanks to Dr. Berthelsen.
