After a terrible experience with another MD at this facility, I seriously planned to switch MDs. Fortunately, I learned that Dr. Arian Chehrehsa was available to take over my treatment. The difference was day and night! Dr. Chehrehsa is kind, patient, skilled, and so empathetic! He patiently answers questions, addresses concerns, with the best bedside manner. He is reassuring and explains process clearly, welcomes questions, unlike the other MD who was condescending and ignored my concerns brushing them aside. My implant progressed smoothly with Dr. Chehrehsa. I do appreciate his care and attention, and grateful for his kindness and empathy. He always displays a sunny disposition and a warm smile. I also want to compliment the staff -- Evelyn is wonderful, always smiling and making me feel comfortable. Valerie, the front desk manager, is so friendly and supportive. She is patient and helps along effectively. I would not hesitate to refer Dr. Chehrehsa, medical, and office staff to my family and friends.

1st experience at South Valley, Los Banos. I've spoken to many friends who agree with me that the customer service is on point. Dr. Chehrehsa was patient and told me in advance what was happening each step of the way. I chose no sedation. The dental assistant I had spent enough time with me prior to the procedure to calm my nerves. Great experience, considering.

My experience with Dr. Chehrehsa and staff was excellent.
My tooth extraction was a bit challenging, my tooth had fractured and the root tip was difficult to remove.

My family has used South Valley Oral and Facial Surgery twice now. First for our son’s wisdom teeth and most recently for my fractured molar. Dr Chehrehsa is a highly skilled and personable surgeon. He is through in his consultations and a calming presence in the procedure room. His staff and assistants are also super skilled and helpful. Both my son and I experienced minimal discomfort after our procedures and healed nicely. I cannot recommend this office enough! Thank you Dr C and Staff!!!

Had all 4 Wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. Dr. Chehrehsa and his team did an excellent job. I was nervous for the procedure, but just like they assured me, I was not aware for any of it, and it felt like I woke up only minutes after falling asleep. Their team did an excellent job informing me about everything that needed to be done pre- and post the surgery, and I have very minimal discomfort. Dr. C personally called me the afternoon after the surgery and made sure I was okay and wanted to address any concerns I had. He went above and beyond my expectations, and I cant thank them enough for how calming and reassuring their staff was. Would highly recommend this clean office with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Since our initial consultation up to the day of my son’s procedure, the staff was very friendly and professional. They ensured my son was comfortable and I knew all the ins and outs of the procedure. The day of the procedure my son was taken back on time and he was out shortly after. The made sure I was aware of post care and the dr even called that evening to check on my sons status. Overall I am pleased with their staff and will be contacting them for any future needs.
