I came to doctor young as a second opinion/ reference and im glad I did. My previous dentist was pushing to do more work than I felt necessary. In 6 weeks my dental work was resolved and now I don’t have to go the dentist for any further work. The staff was all more than helpful and friendly. My dental cleaning felt very professional and did not hurt one bit. Doctor young is very kind, professional and is gentle in his work. I’d refer him to anyone looking to get work done.

EVERYONE STAY AWAY from this DENTIST. He does fast and sorry work. It’s not worth having HIS office bill DELTA DENTAL or Medi-cal. For a Two hour procedure He took fifteen minutes and that was his staff taking three X-ray. After going to another Dentist the Hygienist showed me X-ray verifying DR. Kimmer Young did a Very poor job. Again Everyone STAY AWAY.

Do not use this dentist! I know he is one of the few who take medi cal, but trust me he's not the one to go to! Maybe He's fine for a routine Cleaning ...but if you need a root canal run away! He did my daughter's route canal and she was experiencing a lot of pain, so much she could not even sleep. She went in and he told her the root canal tooth was fine, she had a cavity on the one next to it, and thats why it hurt...then proceeds to make her an Apointment a week later to fill it. I immediately knew that can't be right, she was in too much pain for a cavity. I made an appointment with another dentist for a second opinion, he IMMEDIATELY said the root canal was the problem, and it was BADLY infected. He prescribed her amoxicillin and referred her to an endocrinologist for treatment. Today at the endocrinologist he said dr young used too big of an instrument to drill for the crown he used, allowing room for infection to set in. He also said dr young needs to check his glasses because he could see it was infected without even using his machine!! Our next appointment he will remove the crown and try to dig out the infection and hopefully redo the crown and not have to remove the whole tooth! Dr young could have killed my child, this infection was spreading, and spreading fast!! It was already in her sinuses! And he wanted to lollygag around filling a cavity!! After everything is all said and done it will cost me over $2000 , and thats if she doesn't end up needing an implant because the tooth can't be saved. Please, do not let this man do serious dental work on you or a loved one, you will regret it!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope this review saves someone else from the pain my daughter has experienced because of this dentist.

I was just kicked out of the office by him because I asked a question about my cavities. He ended up leaving and refusing to come back only to show up and say to sit there all I want he won’t be seeing me . When I had good insurance he treated me better than this now that I switched to Medi-CAL he treats me like garbage. I truly fear for anyone who sees this man.

Dr. Kimmer was great in the begining. But it went down hill fast. Because of Dr. Kimmer's neglect and incompetence I have had to have 3 root canals. These have cost me greatly. Like a lot of med-i-cal Dr's. he does not treat us like other people. He treats us like second class people. Well Dr. Kimmer we are not second class we pay our bills the best we can. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!! The only way I can post this is to give Dr. Kimmer one star, noit my choice.

The worst experience ever ! He shouldnt be allowed to practice dentistry. The worst attitude . very rude. No communication with me at all. Supposed to get sedation for 11 extractions and didnt then after the trama of that he desided to drop me as a patient at the very last stage and decided to keep my dentures. Its been 4 months of torture and in the end i still have no teeth. And hhere it is the holidays . no pictures for me and no food. He shouldnt b allowed to do this to people. Hes ruined my world. And my selfesteem. As well as my holidays.

I been comming here for a while already... and i wont change my docter for nothing ? i always go me and my son at the same time and they have really good services from the front stuff to the assistants and dnt say my docter hes the best he is really respectful and fast... no waiting like other places. I recommend him for all family
