Four stars for the dentist and the dental assistants minus one star for the new scheduler. I am sitting in the waiting room now along with four other people. One lady who was fast asleep in the corner. I thought nothing of this until I
spoke to the man next to me who had been waiting an hour for his appointment. Now I will also wait an hour for mine that I scheduled over two months ago. I had actually made my appointment for 10:30, but somehow it was not put in to reflect this. No surprise, this is the third time there has been a scheduling issue since they got a new scheduling person. One time they scheduled my son’s appointment for another person with a similar name and totally different birthday. But the dentist and the assistants have also helped us out in a pinch with quick fixes and have always been professional and efficient once you get through the over-scheduling disaster.

The dentist saw me 2 times for
2 cracked teeth that needed fillings..fixed one and left me in agony for 4 weeks until my next appointment.. Why he didn't fix both teeth.I will never understand I am in so much pain.I can't eat.I can't drink.I can't sleep. And there's no guarantee.He's gonna fix it in 4 weeks on my next appointment.I don't know what's up with these people But they aren't right. Thank.

I went in for a new patient visit for a regular patient not a dentist and a couple of days later got a call from some psyco named Brenda,handling some paper work, I should have recorded her and turned the conversation into The management she was very rude, saying we don't take older patients here only basic stuff.
She, argued with me for 45 minutes on the phone saying all kinds of bizarre things.

Took my husband in this morning. He has high anxiety when going to the dentist. I was on the phone with an important call so I went in after and asked to go in the back with him. The lady in front said sure when he’s done with X-rays you can go back. 10mins later I asked to go back because my husband texted you can come back now their done with X-rays. The dentist assistant (Laurette) said no she can’t come back here. I said I’m sorry but my husband has very bad anxiety and needs me to sit with him. She said he’s an adult and it’s just exam. I said well it’s been years since he has came and needs me for support. She said (he did this to himself )and no you can not come back here it isn’t necessary. All a while making very rude remarks to him in the back while she was preparing for the dentist to come in. I don’t understand why we were treated so poorly today? Our family has been going here for years and they have always been able to bring a person in the back with you besides when Covid hit but I’ve been there since and seen plenty of people go in with there families. The dentist himself was very decent. I spoke with Mary the main person on the phone and she reassured me that she would address the situation and that next time to contact her and she will make sure I can go back there with him. Again I don’t know why Laurette was so rude and degrading to my husband which did nothing wrong other than asking for support . My only guess was she had some sort of control trip because when I said he really needs me back there she says oh he will get over it!! I said how do you get to dictate someone’s needs? Very disappointed but thankful Mary was so helpful and understanding.

I’m a gagger, I gag when I have to have my ex rays, or a cavity filled. Have told the dentist that many times. Today I had to have a cavity filled and between the rubber thing in my mouth to keep it open, the dental assistant with her water pick and vacuum in there and the dentist with his drill and air thing I was having big trouble with gagging. Both kept telling me to breathe through my nose, my mouth is wide open and you have four hands and multiple instruments in my mouth, I am breathing through my nose!! They were going to stop and leave me with a hole in my tooth but decided to go a different route. When they were done , i said that I liked it when they gave you a cup of water to rinse and spit in the bowl rather then the water pick and vacuum, the dentist rudely told me that I should find a dentist that has that. In stead of being understanding of people who have issues with gagging, I was treated rudely and a bit hostile. Also I have to go through it again because I have 2 cavities and instead of filling both at the same time, I’m going to have to go through it again. Not happy with this at all!!!

I was visiting from the UK and had a tooth infection. Friendly staff got me seen straight away and after a thorough and kind examination the dentist prescribed some antibiotics. Very professional and caring and reasonably priced too.

Try calling to make an appointment, did the return call so I wouldn't have to wait on hold, got called back just to be placed on hold again , finally get a receptionist and she's rude and wants to grill you for why you want to be seen cause it's been a while - it's been a while that's why. Then proceeded to want to push out my appointment 2 months.

The dentists don’t seem to care. Just like every other dentist. The assistants are amazing tho. Just don’t help much in the long run
