I found Dr. Cheng through Google when trying to find a local dentist that accepted my insurance. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years (I know, shame on me) but I’m very glad I decided on Dr. Cheng and her team. They have all been so helpful, caring, and professional. Karina at the front desk is lovely and has always answered any and all questions I’ve ever had about insurance, paperwork, appointments, etc.

Brigett, the dental assistant who helps with everything is another fantastic part of this team. Not only is she sweet and great at what she does, but she is constantly checking up on you and making sure you’re okay during the procedures, and has a gentle hand. I’ve had some dentists completely ignore me when I’ve raised my hand to let them know I’m in pain and this team makes sure to check in constantly to ensure that is not the case.

I’ve also had procedures done with Dr. Jin who works at this office once a month. Like the rest of this team, he is phenomenal. I can’t recommend Dr. Cheng and Silicon Valley Dentistry enough if you’re looking for a dentist. My teeth and gums are better than they’ve been in years!

We love Dr. Cheng! She is super gentle whenever she worked me. One time she numbed me on my right side for a few fillings and I didn't feel anything at all! And the numbing went away pretty quickly too. The fillings still look pretty good in my mouth. She used those cosmetic white fillings so people can't even tell that I had work done on those teeth at all. She is very gentle and patient. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Vivian Cheng is great! My family is so glad that she's the new owner of the Milpitas office. We've known Dr. Cheng ever since she was practicing in Pleasanton. She's always been very gentle and patient. And most importantly she's very honest about what you need. I remember the day when I had my work done last time (which has been a while now!), she would call me at home to check on me to see how I was doing after the procedure. Thank you doc!
