I recently took my 11-month-old son to this dentist, and I am beyond disappointed with the experience we had. The dentist showed a complete lack of patience and care, which is especially concerning when dealing with such young patients.

Right from the start, it was evident that the dentist was not comfortable or experienced in handling infants. They seemed agitated and rushed, making the entire atmosphere tense. My son was clearly uncomfortable and scared, and the dentist's attitude only exacerbated his anxiety.

The worst part was the complete disregard for my son's age-appropriate needs. Infants require extra time, gentleness, and understanding, which were all sorely lacking during our visit.

PS. Dr. Chen is exceptional, whereas Dr. Wu is extremely unsatisfactory.
