She is not only incredibly skilled but also takes the time to explain each procedure, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. They were also very understanding and flexible with scheduling, adjusting my appointments to work around caring for my little one—a huge help for a busy parent! My family and I have been visiting a dentist in Milpitas, and we are incredibly impressed with the care we’ve received. Recently, I went in for a tooth extraction due to severe decay and pain. After a thorough X-ray, the dentist explained the extent of bone loss around the tooth and carefully walked me through the problem, my options, and the procedure.

The clinic is spotless, and the professionalism of the dentist stands out. She is detailed, compassionate, and ensures every patient is comfortable. Even though we drive an hour from Oakland to Milpitas, it’s absolutely worth the trip for the excellent care provided.

Dr. Nam helped took care of my achy tooth asap. It was a weekend where I started feeling heavy pain and her office was gracious enough to see me on a Sunday. She did the procedure asap to help me get through with the problem.

The treatment here is very nice.. Especially the doctor and staff are pretty good they treat you with utmost care.. I really loved their service.. Moreover, the doctor Namratha is quite amazing, she is so experienced and I would say one of the best doctors in the entire Bay Area…
