Kathleen is great! Her services are life changing. She gave me my ADHD diagnosis and used objective testing to ensure the diagnosis was accurate. She assisted me with medication dosing by testing me while on different dosages and briefing which one was most effective. She doesn’t prescribe so she worked alongside my psychiatrist for this. She is now also my therapist and allows me to feel heard and seen with my struggles with ADHD, anxiety, depression.

Honestly, I am so disappointed. Kathleen will do whatever it takes to make sure she hurts her past clients after they are no longer using her services. I cannot believe that she would use the pandemic and assuming that I am the only one that holds responsibility over my bill, a bill she never sent me, instead she got a new assistant and just sold my bill off with the interest naming my father on The collections bill in attempt to hurt us both but NEVER SENDING A BILL!! When I tried to dispute ONLY interest, since she was allowed to use the pandemic and having no assistant as an excuse I thought, along with her being a mental health provider and her treating me for ADHD, anxiety and depression, she’d be understanding and at least write off the interest but no, she wants to benefit her, and since I am no longer a client she refused to speak to me at all, and despite proving that I DID contact her a week after the final claim was submitted she is stating I never contacted her again and I should take full responsibility for a bill, a bill that she never sent nor did she direct me to patient portal to pay this bill. Instead she used the pandemic and somehow got away with using the pandemic, but I was not allowed to, I worked just as long if not more than she did during that time, 9 hour days in the public being harassed by people over rules and regulations I had no control over, but I am solely responsible for not contacting her, she takes no blame. I especially did not appreciate her assistant claiming that I was just avoiding the bill and trying to get out of paying the bill, I have text messages I submitted as part of my dispute that prove that I wanted to set up a payment plan as soon as she heard back from the insurance but SHE never contacted me again and left all responsibility on the shoulders of a 20 year old who didn’t even know what an explanation of benefits was at the time and despite talking with my insurance recently and them stating that my explanation of benefits are not to be relied on by the provider as a bill and it clearly states in BOLD LETTERING “THIS IS NOT A BILL”!! I am just so so disappointed by Kathleen, to top it off her services don’t last, thanks to what I endured during the pandemic I have had to seek help again because as I have stated before Kathleen was not the only person who had to deal with the pandemic, she dealt with it from the comfort of her home while I was consistently a cashier at a grocery store being berated by random people who called me all sorts of colorful names, that still wasn’t enough for her to grant me any courtesy she is the only one who is allowed to use the pandemic as an excuse. Let’s hope she doesn’t lose this assistant because it will be her 5th one that I at least know of I am sure there were more before Amber. And how ironic after my dispute and bringing it to her attention that on a previous website she has a 2.5 rating, a review from an “Amber” shows up with 5 stars but no comments. That’s really shady if you ask me. This mental health provider is not a good one seek help elsewhere.
