Andrea gave me a cleaning and did it very professionally. I could feel how clean my teeth were after she cleaned them. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to! Dr. Vaswani also came in and examined my teeth as she was very honest with me about my teeth, and she was also very sweet and professional as well! The rest of the staff was also very kind. You could tell everyone knew what they were doing! Overall 5/5 experience!!

Most people dread going to the dentist, but the folks at Los Altos Family Smiles make it as easy and painless as possible. I’ve never had such a comprehensive cleaning, and I appreciate that the hygienist talked me through exactly what she was doing and why at every step. The office is very high tech, including taking photos of the teeth that have potential issues so they can compare it at the next visit.

I’ve trusted my dental care to this practice since I was 16, even coming back from out of state for my care. I’m now 52. I was so sad to say goodbye to Dr Sawyer, but believe me, he went above and beyond to find an excellent and compassionate dentist to take over his practice. Dr. Vaswani is taking great care of my teeth and has helped me with how to treat my TMJ issues. A few days ago at work, the top of a front tooth chipped off on a bite of taffy! I left a voicemail on Sunday about my tooth and right away Dr. Vaswani texted me back asking me about it and had me text her a photo of it. She didn’t have any openings but said she would fix it on her lunch break the next day! It wasn’t even hurting me but was just rough and annoying, and still she sacrificed her lunch to do that. My fixed tooth looks and feels better than it did before it chipped off. It’s perfect! On top of that, she has a lovely singing voice that you might get to hear as she happily works on your teeth!

I recently had a great experience at Los Altos Family Smiles. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office itself was clean and modern, with a very comfortable waiting area. My wait time was less than 3 minutes. Everyone I interacted with, from the receptionist to the hygienist and dentist, was professional and courteous. The hygienist was gentle and my cleaning was fairly painless.
Dr Vaswani checked my teeth thoroughly answered all my questions patiently ... even offered some helpful treatment options for my old bridge and gums. The clinic itself seems quite modern and retrofitted with updated equipment.
I would highly recommend Los Altos Family Smiles for all dental needs, simple and complex.
