They add extra services without asking and then charge you for them.

They were not like this before, I’ve been going here for about 5 years. Staff used to explain in detail dental work and charges but now it’s different. I think the hiring department has not been hiring reliable or experienced staff. The dentists are good but the staff around them have horrible customer service and don’t tell you what they’re doing.

Exceptional care from the time I walked in and greeted by the front office staff, to every hands on staff member who cared for me, to every phone call I have had with them. Daniel, Dr. Sood, Dr. Tabel and each staff member explained procedures in as much detail as I needed. I did not feel rushed or pushed into deciding treatments or financial agreements without being given time and options to decide what would work for me, my health and my budget. I am really happy I found this dentist office.

Beware of this dishonest establishment. The man at the front desk who was there in February of 2024 was rude and very dishonest. They will assure patients that they take their insurance and procedures are covered, and then sit down with you and try to sell you over priced procedures that your insurance doesn’t cover. When my husband refused and stated he only wanted what was covered, he still ended up with $2800 bill of which our insurance told us was fully covered. Still trying to get my money back. Make sure they give you a written estimate. If they state they don’t do that , get out of there as fast as you can. The vast majority of YELP reviews are 1 star for a good reason.

Do not go here!!

This place is a joke and try to sell/push treatments on you that you do not need by scaring you. Each time I went, they gave me one total (I specifically asked if any other amounts would be charged and was told no) and later received more charges. When I questioned it, no one was able to tell me why this happened; after it was confirm in office no other fees would be charged. I asked for a manager/supervisor to call me and never received a call. They tried to push scrappings on me that wasn’t needed. I know they weren’t needed because I saw other dentists who confirmed this. I’m in my mid 50’s… never a cavity in my life and no dental issues thank God. Recently saw another dentist and was in/out within an hour. He stated I needed very minimal cleaning and my teeth/gums were in great condition. He even completed me on what a great job I was doing in caring for my teeth.

This place is more concerned with making money than actually focusing on what you really need. When you questions things… you are made to feel like you are the problem.

Just to note…. I’m not one to write reviews so this says a lot. Save your time and money.

Went in for tooth pain. Found a cracked tooth so I needed a crown. I asked about antibiotics because of pain. Dentist said she did not like prescribing them. 2 weeks later they put crown on and I told her it was still painful...she said no to antibiotics. 2 weeks later went in for cleaning and the hygienist said I had puss coming out of gum. Infection had spread from tooth to jawbone. Then she prescribed antibiotics. So a month and a half in pain and infection.
They charged $1500 for one crown! On the day they cleaned my teeth I asked what the charge was going to be, they said $180. When done they said the charge was $1080 for the day. The girl that told me $180 wouldn't even admit or look at me when I protested charges.
Originally dentist said I didn't need a root canal before crown, but after being infected for a month and a half they tried to pass me off to an oral surgeon.
Will never go back here or recommend this office for anyone.
