Fantastic place, with highly trained staff. I have had massages with so many of their therapists and they are excellent! Almira is my favorite! I have a very stressful and physical job, so I need massages regularly. Almira's skill is unmatched!

They offer so many deals, like $10 off, loyalty programs and specials for Tuesdays and early appointments. Betsy who is the 1st person you see walking in is upbeat, professional and so sweet. If I could, I would be there every week! Highly recommend trying this place!

Jane blends special training properly treating every part of your body.

II've been seen her for over 5 years at two hours per therapy; there is always something new that she can do which fixes everything.

It helps that she has the most awesome staff ready to assist. I honestly believe that no one is more knowledgeable and hands-on than her boss Lawani.

Call her genius, magician or angel, but it all leads to the vastly improved sensations.

I can do any movement now without pain.
I walked better. I rotate fantastically.

Obviously I should have been stretching more or doing yoga but I am a bit lazy.

Once you feel this way, you will never go back. When you feel this much better, you never want to feel like you did before.

I haven’t needed a massage in years until out of nowhere my back seized up could not bend, twist and assist my legs up into the car. So I was looking on Nextdoor App. And decided on Thaisport Bodyworks and boy that was a great decision, Ken the therapist was soooooo good deep tissue massage in plus stretching for 90 minutes, I had relief immediately and now today my mobility is back and very little back discomfort. Betsy at the front desk was a lovely person with a super attitude. Thank you for an effective and effective massage company. I would highly recommend.

Gail is my go-to massage therapist and has been for years since I got into an auto accident that ultimately totaled my car. I've also had previous back surgery and Gail knows how to use the firm pressure I need to release the areas where I have big stubborn knots while also being careful in the areas of my surgeries/injuries.

Gail really is a very intuitive healer and I would highly recommend her massage to anyone!

Also - pro tip- if you're able to save up just a little more it is TOTALLY worth it to upgrade to the 90 minute massage. This allows more time to focus on the problem areas. This time around I also got cupping which I also highly recommend!!!!

I highly recommend going to Thai Sport Bodyworks in Sorrento Valley. I was well received by Betsy at the front desk. I had the best massage I have ever had by Ken. He did a wonderful massage with hot stones and cupping! The building is very nice and professional and the staff is very knowledgeable and kind.
