I go to Prime Dental regularly and Dr. Majd is a very exceptional and passionate dentist. She’s absolutely hardworking and knowledgable. The receptionist, Johnny, is always prompt in calling other patients in whenever there’s a cancellation, which I really appreciate. I’ve referred my family and friends to come here, highly recommend!

Went the dentist Dr. Majd and she checked my teeth and told me that my tooth needed a root canal. When I went to do the root canal it took her 4 hours to complete. When she went to take a take a Xray she had left the heavy Xray protection on my chest and had left to do other tasks. After 4 hours when the root canal was finished she only covered the tooth with a temporary cover and then gave me an appointment 25 days later, and then told me I had to come for another 4 hours to fill the tooth. I have done many root canals in my life and never had it taken 4 hours, the longest one was 2.5 hours and never did they have me return. After 1 week, the temporary cover over the tooth deteriorated and food was getting into the root canal. She’s is also always late, every time I have gone to her she was 30-45mins late. When the appointment day came, I went to their office and told them that I didn’t want to have to wait 4 hours for the rest of her work, and that my tooth was already ruined after 25 days. The office charged me 120$ for the cancellation, and I let the office assistant know that I was not happy with the quality of the dentist’s work and neither the doctor or office assistant attempted to remedy the situation. The office assistant was extremely rude, aggressive, and mean. He began to argue and would speak over me, in a very disrespectful manner not allowing me to get a word in. The damage has been done to teeth and any respectable dentist would have known better. She is a danger to her clients.

Dr. Majd is friendly and professional and has been taking care of my teeth for several years.. a crown and fillings and cleaning! She always try’s hard to make my sues stay as pain free and comfortable as possible ! I definitely recommend her!

I am sorry, but after today I can't recommend this office to anyone anymore. Even if doctor is apologetic for receptionist's behavior, still, while a person like that is working at the front desk of business I can't advise anyone to go there. If you like to be treated badly before you even get to see the doctor then be my guest.
