3 bad molars (old root canals) pulled today. Once again, Dr. Murasko did perfectly. Nicest dentist ever; when I am in his chair, my dentist anxiety is gone. After being numbed (and I am a hard case), I felt no pain. He explains everything and must be one of the nicest humans in the world! I have been going to him for 10 years. His staff is very nice, too! You are also able to use your headphones while they work on you.

Dr. Murasko is the most caring, patient, understanding, kind dentist out there! He’s personally called to discuss treatment plans, gave a fantastic referral to Dr. Baker for a root canal, and even came in on a Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend to re-cement a bridge on for me. I don’t know a single other dentist that would have done that and I’ve seen a few in the area. This is a place that really cares about their patients and that’s evident as soon as you call. They work with your schedule, your insurance, your budget, everything. Amazing amazing place! I’m so grateful to have found Crossings Dental.

I have been a happy satisfied patient of Dr. Murasko for at least the last 12 years or so. I have seen him for a variety of dental issues and have always found him to be the best dentist I have had in my long senior citizen life. His prices are very reasonable, his staff are always friendly and efficient, and best of all he keeps his appointments on time so there is almost never any waiting time. I have recommended him to many people and they are all happy with his services and skill as a dentist.

I’ve been to visit Dr. Michael Murasko on a few occasions now, and I can say he’s quickly built my trust.

He’s most clearly super knowledgeable, but caring and delicate. He took the time to explain things and was never pushy.

I’m not a fan of getting dental work, but Dr. Murasko certainly makes visits easy.

I hate to complain because the staff up front is so very nice. My complaints are with Dr Murasko. He recently sent me to another dental specialist because he couldn’t figure out why my tooth hurt. Then again he referred me somewhere else for a different tooth that was bothering me.I pay good money and have very good insurance but their prices seem to be very high. BTW, the dentist that Dr Murasko sent me to suggested I use a prescription toothpaste that stopped the pain but it cost me out of pocket $150 dollars after the office visit . Why couldn’t my dentist have recommended the same thing for much less money?

I was surprised to have had a poor experience at Crossings Dental, given several friends recommendations. It wasn't so much the actual dental work, however. It was the truly premium cost of the services. In addition to the unexpected high cost, I also was over-billed, and when I called to inquire about the bill, the numbers didn't add up -- and still don't add up (very disappointed they didn't work that out...). I strongly suggest that you become familiar with their charges BEFORE you engage Crossings Dental's services. That was my problem, I didn't ask. Had I made the inquiry about costs, I would likely have not made that initial appointment.

I'll start off by stating that this review is totally unsolicited, I'm just so happy with the service that I received that I had to share it here. Dr. Murasko is honestly the most incredible dentist I've ever been to (and I’ve had some challenging dental work performed in the past). This is certainly a doctor who honors his Hippocratic Oath and then some, and his staff are just as exceptional. I would go as far as stating that I'd bet everything I have on the fact that Dr. Murasko and his associates will always do right by you. I'm recommending all of my family and friends to Crossings Dental now. I ended up having a dental project because I waited too long to see a dentist. I had some traumatic events when I was a kid that left me without a couple of adult teeth in the front of my mouth, requiring years of braces and bridgework through another dentist. The old dental work was performed by several dentists who treated me like a number, rushed each visit, and it was a painful & long endeavor for me; an experience that left me not wanting to go back to the dentist again. Despite my efforts of trying to keep my teeth clean at home on my own and because I avoided going to the dentist for years; eventually time caught up to me and my teeth. Add insult to injury, my previous front bridge that I had been wearing for 10 years had recently broke leaving an exposed tooth and causing me a great deal of pain. I called and explained the situation to Dr. Murasko's receptionist/officer manager, and she was great and quickly got me an appointment. Everything was smooth sailing from there. I needed a new bridge created and installed, a complicated procedure with my issue, and I know for a fact that only an expert dentist could perform this task if I wanted a good outcome that looked like natural teeth while giving me a nice bright smile that would be acceptable even on the silver screen; and thankfully after going with Dr. Murasko, my new bridge came out perfect and my smile looks like a million bucks. I also needed a tooth filling in an area that was visible when I would smile. For years I lived with a lower front tooth that had some enamel come off, leaving it looking yellow and also painful and sensitive since the tooth behind the enamel was exposed. I was always a little self-conscious about the yellow area of missing enamel on the front of my smile...however I held off on fixing it because I didn't want to find a random dentist and let them touch it since I was worried it might look worse or even hurt worse with a bad filling. But after I had my new bridge installed and Dr. Murasko earned my trust, I was confident he could handle my front filling and that it would come out great, and it did! I now have a perfectly filled, (and nice and white) filling on my lower front tooth and you would never know the tooth lost its enamel before! The pain and sensitivity I used to have is also now gone, since the area where I had no enamel is now completely sealed. Throughout this endeavor I also had tooth whitening performed so I could match the rest of the teeth to my new white bridge that I picked out, and that too came out perfect. I then had a whitening tray custom-made to take home to keep all my teeth bright and white down the road. I finished it all off with a great tooth cleaning appointment. The procedures were all very affordable and they worked with me to make my payments easy. Crossings Dental takes many different dental insurances and even offers 6 months no interest credit if you need it. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Murasko and all of his associates were kind, professional, courteous, friendly, and most importantly cared about the outcome of my procedures and did an EXCELLENT job at keeping any pain at bay. Once again I'll state that I'm totally thrilled, and Dr. Murasko and all of his associates @ Crossings Dental deserve an award. I've never been happier with my smile. I'll definitely be going in for my dental check-ups all the time moving forward and not trying to avoid the dentist. Thanks so much, Crossings Dental!!
