My experience for cleaning and retainer services rendered at CJ Dental:
Very easy to make appointments, they are very accommodating.
Staff is very friendly and despite a full waiting room they were always on schedule, I never waited long.
Carlos always listens to my concerns and takes time for you. Staff is very professional and the facility is clean.
They made my retainers with a new technology I didn't know about - no more gagging!!! What a relief!!!

For the cleaning they give you a manual option or by machine. Cleaning was thorough, painless, and efficient.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The entire staff here makes you feel very welcomed. My implant specialist takes great care in explaining the process and is very careful when performing the dental work. They’re very thorough and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a great dentist this is your place. I drive all the way from Temecula to go here because they’re that good!

Best prices in town. When it comes to getting a crown/implant or other higher ticketed services, this is a great place to pick. If you are looking to save money and not compromise quality of service, this is your place. If you snore ask about the nightlace treatment. It fixed my snoring and radically improved my quality of life.

Personally, I had a great experience with Dr. Sibaja and his staff. Told him what I needed, and I got his honest opinion and recommendation as well as him explaining all the options he could provide. He never insisted or used scare tactics to make me have more work done than I was looking for. This was my first visit and I am already comfortable with him and his staff. Good down to earth people over there.

Warning to patients and future employees. Run

I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with CJ Dental.

Michael, who manages the office, behaves more like a car salesman than a healthcare professional. His primary focus is making money rather than providing genuine care for patients. Additionally Michael uses a selling point that there are less than 100 CT machines in the US, that is a lie. This approach compromises the quality of service and the trustworthiness of the office.

Additionally, the office cleanliness is subpar. If you walk into the office and location you will see for yourself. When i went to the office there was no internet and it did not work all week, which is a normal for them. They could not get their CT machine to work and did not even have the proper paperwork to fill out so did things they are not supposed to. I have witnessed machines not being cleaned in between patients. The contract says 1 year warranty in small writing even though Carlos and Michael say "2 years" so it scams you. Given these conditions, I would not trust this establishment with my dental care. If a dental office cannot pay attention to every detail big and small how can they pay attention to your smile.

Carlos, the dentist, along with Michael, have been deceptive and unapologetic in their conduct. It is extremely disappointing and clear that their priority is profit over patient care and employee well-being. Do not let Michael intimidate you, he does not know how to run an office, that is why it has not been doing well and so they are desperate for patients. Do not let Carlos get in your face, he has a lawsuit against him attacking a customer.

I strongly advise against trusting this office with your dental health or considering it as a workplace. There is a new affordable implant office that opened very close and much higher quality of service.

Dentist Carlos sibaja and his staff are the best ! , His staff provided me cost effective options for my 70 year old upper teeth that were coming loose, etc
He took very good care while he completed the necessary dental work today …
Very professional and explained everything that he was doing to greatly improve my teeth and ability to eat everything I desired moving forward

I would recommend this dentist to anyone who needs immediate improvement with their neglected teeth like me.
