I had a fantastic experience at this dental office with the Dr. and receptionist Alina. The Dr. was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle during my sons cleaning and exam. Alina was extremely helpful in scheduling my appointment and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you for the great service!

My cleanings with them were okay. My fillings went poorly (1+ month of extreme pain, receding gums on my front bottom teeth). But the reason they get one star is because of two occurrences. 1. I had to have a tooth filling re-filled. This meant I could file a grievance w insurance and get it covered. They told me not to worry about the bill until it was covered by insurance. Insurance covered it. I immediately call and ask what I owe. They indicate insurance hadn't reached out to them yet, but they'd call when they knew. Then I never got a call asking for payment, just one where they said my address was wrong (don't know how; it is in like 3 different places for them). Then I get a call threatening to send me to collections and I was SHOCKED to say the least. No call, no bill, just threats. And now 2. Today I get a "failed appt" bill in the mail (guess they did have my address right?). I call and ask if they ever called or got confirmation from me. She proceeds to tell me they called twice, then backtracks and says oh wait we only called once (which I think was the day of the appt but I never got a message so I figured it was spam; absolutely no appt reminder call or mailer, nothing). I asked if she ever got confirmation from me and she says no. I even double-checked their website and NOWHERE does it indicate there is a missed appointment fee, and I imagine especially if there is NO CONFIRMATION from the person with the appointment. Just poor experience all around. Definitely do not recommend. Also, wasn't me but a friend of mine had a weird experience where the hygienist kept pressuring her to have kids and telling her how wonderful children are and that she will regret not having them even though she has medical issues and a family history of mental illness (and also doesn't want kids). Just a weird vibe overall. No longer surprised they aren't BBB accredited.

Fantastic experience here!

I had to find a new DDS after my long time provider suddenly retired without warning.

I was in need of having two 40 year old fillings overhauled and a major cleaning job on the nibleys.

My favorite hygenist Lori at the old place transferred here and suggested that I give it a try....so I did, after wondering what to do for a year and a half.

Everyone is super friendly...reception to assistant to both doctors, which I have seen individually.

I don't have a dentist phobia but they explain everything in advance and are genuinely concerned about a good experience....so if you are nervous about going to a new dentist, I would definitely recommend this shop.

I'll post a pic of my filling later if I can get it to turn out decent.

This office is awesome. I've been seeing Dr. Bayat for years and she's a phenomenal dentist. I'm a phobic patient and she's so caring and gentle. The front office made the process so easy. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist
