This review was meant to be posted months back but I want to give my appreciation to both Dr. Chrystal and Dr. Mateo! They both are a Godsend and I’m grateful beyond words for all that they’ve done for me! Thank you both for being so patient and caring towards me. I always look forward to my appointments with both of you and I leave feeling happy and well adjusted! (Pain level goes from an 8 to a 4). Please keep up the great work and if you’re looking for either a pain doctor or a chiropractor, you can’t go wrong with either of them! These are 2 of my numerous doctors I see and this office is just the GREATEST! I go to the Morgan Hill office but they have offices all over the Bay Area! Based on over 6 months of experience:

Facts:
Morgan Hill office, looks nice, can be even said professional.
Practice - individuals that see you, hold themselves decent, seem understanding.
Reaching them on the phone to switch the appointment or anything at all might take up to 25 min.

However:
If you end up being a patient at this office, please do not take what they say for the face value, documents could be forgotten to be submitted to the proper offices, you could be told that everything is done and submitted and it can go for weeks at a time before they admit that they forgot to submit your documents so you can proceed to the next step of your healing plan they tell you should be followed.

Dr. Navani during the initial visit seems caring, reassuring that you got to a right place and your healing finally started, but as time goes on you start to feel as nuisance, attention to you during visits from her become less and less. While talking to you during the visit you find her more often reading the computer screen, seems like she is trying to catchup on the case and literally seems she does not know what is your case about, and what was already done or said.

Once again if you end up at this office/ practice keep all the records of what was done and what was said to you, follow up on your own because chances are your documents can be lost, misplaced or simply forgotten. All while you are in pain, can’t move freely, can’t sleep through the night, enjoy CA weather or any seemingly simple things of everyday life, your family taking a toll, your financial situation worsens because you can’t work because of the pain. Just imagine not being able to use bathroom without pain just to learn on the phone that practice forgot to .....send papers, follow up, etc. but easily would say “sorry”.

Their words don’t add up to their actions.
