Floss Dentistry was recommended to us by a dear family friend. Although it was across town we decided to give the practice a try and are so glad that we did! Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Mona is gentle, provides very individualized care, and goes above and beyond to make sure all questions or concerns are answered. Dr. Mona has such a calm, pleasant demeanor and shows such care and patience and makes sure you feel comfortable. She keeps you informed at all times of the process, material used, actions taken that day, precautions needed etc. and very importantly she shows compassion. And the office has professional, courteous and friendly staff.

I’ve been taking my boys to Dr. Mona since their very first checkups. It was important for me to take them to a Dentist that not only are professional and knowledgeable in their field but are also gentle, have patience, and show genuine care.

Not only is she great with kids but also us adults who get very anxious about dental visits. I can’t say enough about Floss Family Dental. My Dad had a partial for over 40 years. In 1958 he was a state champion wrestler at Blue Island High School, He had six teeth knocked out by another wrestler and needed to get a partial. My Dad was then drafted into Vietnam and a Viet Cong knocked several of his teeth out and he never had them fixed.
Of course my dad would never complain about this and I asked him one day when is the last time he was at a dentist?
Well, you don’t want to know the answer…lol.
