I went to this group to get back on ADHD medicine, because my primary care physician no longer prescribes the necessary medication. I was clear about what I wanted when I made the appointment, and wasted several hours to drive 30+ miles only tobe seen by a PA. She eluded to not wanting to prescribe stimulant meds, only offering a non-stimulant that is for depression. She talked around telling me that she didn't think I had ADHD due to my age. Other things she said just showed how little she actually understands about ADHD. Moreover, she wanted me to drive to their office every month, just to get a refill for a non-stimulant. I told her that the governing agencies that oversee prescribing stimulants only require quarterly visits. She said it was the office's choice to request more frequent visits. It's a legal loophole that equals extortion. If I could give them a 0-star rating if I could.

We drove from San Jacinto to have an evaluation done for my son. We got caught in traffic and showed up a little more than 5 minutes late. There was a sign posted that the person at the front desk was on lunch until 1pm. No bell to ring to notify that we were there. A second person came in behind us about 5 minutes after we arrived. Then finally someone came up to the front desk. She said she would go get the therapist for us. Now we were over 15 minutes late once the therapist finally came out.

She said that since we were 15 minutes late we couldn’t do the appointment anymore. I attempted to explain to her what happened and she said that we have a alarm on the door that notifies us when people come in. And acted as if I was lying. Really rubbed me the wrong way. Not to mention this therapist also had a big messy bun on her head. Looked as if she had just rolled out of bed. Highly unprofessional.

I canceled our appointment after she attempted to bring us back when she was very adamant at first that she couldn’t take us because we were late. She must’ve found out she wasn’t going to get paid if she didn’t take us back. So I said no thanks.

Not trusting to have my son evaluated by someone like that.

If I had known this place had such bad reviews I would’ve never scheduled an appointment in the first place.

What's interesting is when I first looked up this place and saw all the bad reviews I thought... Surely a few people just had some specific issues that weren't properly ironed out. But no, the way that this place is run is the cause of the bad reviews.

I am a vet who was looking to have couples therapy here- but authorize and pay for by the VA. They set up the consult for me to go there for couples therapy. During my first appointment my wife and I showed up both willing to work together for a couple's therapy.

The first session went fine. We liked the therapist and we made two more appointments. A couple of days before the next appointment - which happened to be more than 10 days later... They canceled my appointments and left a message saying they recommend separate appointments for my wife and I. I don't know if it's a money thing or an ego thing but why go against the client's wishes, the VA consult and the recommendation of my VA therapist?

Now I have to wait another month for a separate consultation just to see someone else through the VA.

There website claims to be understanding and compassionate. They understand things happen…..They don’t care. They had zero problems canceling my appointment when the provider was sick with 1 days notice. When I called with 30 hours notice they said there was nothing they can do.
Horrible. Would not recommend. Only care about money and not clients. I cancelled all future appointments. You lost 6 weeks worth of payments to not move around one appointment for an urgent matter. Deplorable. I will make sure this whole community knows how shady you guys are and if you’re reading this I would Stay as far away as you can.

I must say, despite some of these bad reviews, collaborative psychology got myself and my daughter in a timely manner and much faster than any other place that I called. At the time I was seeing Katerina who I thought was a great therapist and helped me through a lot at the time. She was insightful, compassionate and empathetic to my issues that I was dealing with at the time. As for my daughter, not thrilled with the first therapist assigned to her but they worked with us to switch her to another therapist who she now loves. Can't say that I have ever had an issue with the front desk at all. If anything they are helpful and patient. overall, great place and I recommend them to a few people.

As a disabled veteran, this office was of no help. Back office is completely rude and has no regards to Patients actual needs which is weird for a mental health office, nor does it seem like any of them are willing to do their job.
I am glad I was able to find out the care they would have offered me if I continued with this office. Sadly I wasted three weeks trying to be seen by this office. Its funny too, the day i cancelled my appointment I call community care and my referral had been approved. If someone who said "Its not my job" had told the person whos job it was, no ones time would gave been wasted.

My daughter has been seeing a therapist for about 4 months. It has made a significant difference in her mood, motivation and healing. I can't say enough about the staff there. The service has always been prompt and friendly. I recommend them to anyone looking for flexible schedule, telehealth or in person therapy.

The team has been very helpful every step of the process. They are kind, patient and friendly when guiding me with my questions about the process. They are mindful of a person's situation and work with you.
