As I am sure many of Dr. Libert’s patients have experienced success with him I wish I could say the same. I was referred to Dr.Libert for depression and anxiety. The first visit was for the most part what you would expect where the patient and Dr relationship develops, rapport is built and sets the foundation for future visits. However upon my second visit with Dr. Libert this relationship took a wrong turn. As much as I respect Dr. Libert for the many years (over 30 I believe) of experience when any doctor interacts or treats a patient it would always be in their best interest not to fall asleep during the session. This visit was awkward and to be quite honest the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. If I did not have a good support structure at home god knows what this type of experience would have done to me. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone who is personally experiencing depression or anxiety. Do not recommend this doctor. Very unprofessional.

Dr Libert was an absolutely brilliant man, i was just informed recently about his passing in july and i’m heart broken over the news, i haven’t seen him in a year due to him helping me and me genuinely getting better but this man hands down saved my life. he was more than a therapist, this man had taught me more things on life than any therapist could, he taught me how to live, he made me feel like a human, not a patient, he knew how to talk to you so that you know you were being heard and understood, he was an amazing guy and that is why i am so torn up about his passing 🙁 he genuinely saved my life and i really wish i got one last chat with him to be able to tell him everything i’ve accomplished with his help.

Best therapist I've ever seen. But I haven't been able to get a hold of him for 2 and a half months now and no one seems to be answering the phone. Sadly it looks like I'll have to look for a new therapist soon.
