This review is not for the doctor, who my mom didn't even get a chance to see, because she couldn't even get past the rude office staff. My stepdad took my mom to see Dr. Ferrante and waited over an hour while two other patients who arrived after her were taken in ahead of her. This wasn't necessarily the issue - though probably not best practice to leave an elderly person with an active autoimmune disease waiting for that long. The issue is that no one communicated with her at all to set any expectations for the long wait. After my mom used the bathroom key and my stepdad returned it, they accused him of "stealing" their bathroom key because they couldn't find it. It sounds ridiculous because it is. I think if you are elderly and want to be treated with respect and compassion, I'd probably skip this office.

Dr Ferrante is awesome, as well as his young and very competent staff. As the young generation says he's pretty dope. He was thorough explained to me what was going on with my feet. I had played sports all my life since I was 5 and my feet took a beating. I still stay active and Coach Girls competetive soccer and train youth in soccer. He was concerned about my pain it's daily. Never felt rushed by him truly felt sincere. Would highly recommend. Thanks Doc and staff😁⚽️🏀🏆

Dr Ferrante diagnosed me quickly and he was very gentle, which I appreciated because I was in alot of pain. He helped me get back to work painfree so I would recommend him highly. I didn't have to wait for an appointment - just let the receptionist know you need to see Dr Ferrante asap.

Well, he has the manner of wise, experienced white-haired doctor. But he seems to like to order a lot of unnecessary, expensive tests. I came to his office with a certain tendon issue. Without my having even seen him or his asking me a single question, he ordered an X-ray! Er, there is no bone where that tendon is, so what is the use of an X-ray? He said he wanted to be super-thorough and rule out the extremely rare possibility of a calcification or cyst. Uh, if he had asked my history first, he would know I had a typical injury from an athletic activity. Next he suggested an MRI! Huh? He offered zero suggestions on what to do at home, other than ice. No exercise demonstration, no physical therapy suggestions. I had already done icing for a few months. Basically, he had nothing he could sell me except maybe this cooling ointment, no interest in actually helping me get better. I finally found on the web to put in some cheap heel lifts to avoid straining the tendon, and that finally allowed the tendon to heal. He couldn't even tell me that or provide some heel lifts. He seems just to want to order expensive nonsense to make money.

I've seen Dr. Ferrante on many occassions and several on same-day or short notice, and I've had to wait over 15 min once. He is very understanding of pain and discomfort, and explains everything to you. He has a friendly bedside manner.
