The staff wasted my time and misinformed me over the phone on what was required for dental cleaning as a new patient. As soon as I arrived there, they told me they had to have me xrayed, despite having my xray from 4 months ago! A total waste of time and dishonesty on their side.

I have been with Dr. Wyndhamsmith for years. I have brought family and friends to him. He is excellent. Beverly, his assistant is a blessing for the doctor and the patients. The office staff-Martin, Alex and Diana, are very professional,courteous and make the time to explain procedures an all costs involved. Pasadena Dental is a great group of people from Kisha at the front desk who imparts a warm greeting every time I have a consultation, to Martin the insurance biller who goes out of his way to help and worked with me so I could get my work done in my time frame. Now, Dr. Wyndhamsmith & his assistant Julie are nothing less than fabulous. Upon my first visit they both spent a great deal of time with me going over every option and developing a game plan to meet my ideal expectation. Dr. Wyndhamsmith is nothing less than the best… he’s caring, gentle and acutely aware of his patients and their comfort. Julie his assistant and Dr. W’s right hand is very professional, warm, kind and always made sure I was comfortable. It’s wonderful to have an exceptional team working with and for you. Thank you all!!! I’ve been to many dentists and I have finally found the best, I will never go to anyone else.

Nobody knew how to work the technology, Dr. Wyndhamsmith took off his COVID mask many times while talking to me, they quoted me for tons aggressive work that other dentists said was absolutely unnecessary, and the room was dirty. I'm absolutely shocked by the positive reviews here, but if you look at other sites, this dentist has consistent 1-star reviews, which are very in line with my experience.

I was hesitant to see a new dental office after 20 years. When I arrived at Dr. Wyndhamsmith's office, I immediately knew that I found a great place. from the friendly staff in the front to the beautiful dcor in the waiting room. Martin was quick to greet me and help me with all my initial steps to get started. once in the back, the technicians were kind and courteous. I was able to get my teeth examined and my work done the same day.
