Been with Victor and his wonderful staff for years and have always been treated as if I were the only customer. Great staff who are always pleasant and helpful. A model of what corporate needs to mimic. I highly recommend Shield Insurance to anyone wanting to change or needing a policy. They do motorcycles as well.

Very good service. Above and beyond.
If you need to add or remove a car they are very helpful. Not like other insurance companies that make you call the 800 number to make changes. Or to service your account.

Also, they don’t charge a brokers fee!
A lot of insurance offices I got quotes from wanted to charge a start up fee.
Highly recommend for you to call them and get a quote!

I was looking for affordable car insurance. Victor Helped us . He explained in detail what we had in our prior insurance. He helped us find a better insurance with more coverage and we now pay less . He was very helpful and My husband and I will be returning to get our life insurance and renter insurance. His wife and staff are very nice .
