At first I was very happy because Dr. Hafez is kind and did thorough work on my root canal. I had my root canal soon after having another surgery and I was very nervous. Unfortunately, I had severe pain after the root canal and she was only willing to prescribe antibiotics and steroids when my pain was at an 8 and tell me I could go to the ER. So if you’re worried about aftercare and pain I would consider going somewhere else.

I went to see Dr Hafez for a consultation for a possible root canal. I have trigeminal neuralgia and wanted to eliminate all possibilities that my pain could be caused by a tooth. The receptionist was kind and efficient. Dr Hafez came to the reception area and greeted me and took me back to an exam room. Things went downhill from there. Based on their professionalism, I would say I had interactions with a dental assistant, possibly a dental hygienist, and Dr Hafez. I had to explain myself 5 or 6 times, even though I brought the notes from my previous dentist that had notes explaining that there were teeth that might need additional treatment. It was very frustrating. The referring dentist had sent the records from my previous dentist but apparently they had not read them. I won't return to this office. They need to learn how to communicate with one another and they need to look over their referrals and any documentation that is sent to them. I don't know how many times I had to explain myself and why I was there. I was so frustrated because talking causes me pain, opening my mouth causes pain, exrays cause pain, and they were completely oblivious to my condition. I don't recommend them at all.

It was the best experience! I got my first root canal today and went perfectly fine! No pain and Dr.Hafez was super sweet and made me feel super comfortable. The music in the back ground calmed my nerves! Got extra numbing meds which helped the entire process!
Definitely recommend her 100%!!
Her staff is super sweet as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hafez and her staff. I went to her needing a total of three root canals. She has been patient and reassuring every step of the way. I have never felt more at ease in a dental chair. I can tell that she truly cares for her patients. I would recommend her office to anyone with dental anxiety!

These ladies are HANDS DOWN amazing and beyond kind. First root canal and it went smooth, they let me know everything to expect before and after, quick scheduling, and very smooth procedure. Dr is first class!

Been here two times so far. The staff makes me feel very welcomed, and glad to help me. Once seated I wait for less than 5 minutes to be seen. Been in a couple different rooms that are super clean. Dr. Hafez is so patient, caring and nice I will be coming back here as long as my insurance covers her. I strongly recommend Dr. Abeer Hafez and her wonderful staff.

I had a terrible toothache and I was referred by a friend to Dr Hafez. She was so considerate and very gentle when she numbed me. She made sure I do not feel anything while she performed her root canal painlessly. She uses high technology in her office like a microscope and a Ct scan machine that she works with and shows you your tooth and where the disease is coming from. And above all she is fast and efficient. I have not had a better experience getting root canals. And above that her works lasts. I did not have any issue with that tooth after they placed a crown on it. I highly recommend Dr Hafez and her nice and professional personable team !

This place is great. I had an emergency root canal yesterday and was a complicated case because it's hard to get my teeth numb. The Dentist was nice - accommodating- and patient as she completed my root canal. I was very relaxed and they made sure that the job was done well. I would go back here again in a heartbeat. Amazing staff and great work!
