Love this office. Dr Washington has been my dentist for over two years now. His office always put the request in for treatment and then they call me to set up an appointment. The visit is always friendly and productive. I am very happy to have him as my dentist. The staff here are always great and friendly.

Do not go here!!! I wish I could give negative stars. Do not believe any positive feedback. I have no idea how they’re still in business. They are complete scammers and will try to do work that’s not even needed. They will try to charge you way more than the average dentist. Plus, the place is disgustingly dirty! The lady dentist is very rude and pushy!! I could not take it anymore and walked out after just getting X-rays and they’re still charging me $2000 even after they ripped off the insurance company. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO HERE YOU’D BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!

Went in for an appointment for a toothache at 1:55pm on 01/07/2021 and sat there for an hour and a half before trying to reschedule &finally seeing the dentist. I had a cavity that required a root canal, so I got X-rays taken to be approved by my insurance for the procedure.

Today, after not being able to sleep from the same toothache, I called at 5am to see the progress on that approval. Turns out that the office had been short staffed shortly after my appointment and my paperwork was never sent out to my insurance to be approved. & apparently the X-rays that I got weren’t any good so I have to go out of my way to take more X-rays &finally start what I assumed was in the process.

I’ve been with coming to this office since 2009 &this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here. More than likely gonna be looking for another place soon.

4/5: I had 2 crowns done here, both came out great. The doctors were fast, informative, and patient to any questions I had. I rated the facility 4/5 stars though because during covid, I had an emergency situation that needed immediate attention. The doctor answered my first voicemail and prescribed me with antibiotics to help with the infection, and told me their practice would open the following week. However, the office did not open and when I called and left multiple voicemails, I was left left ignored. Since my infection was an abscess, which could be fatal, I was worried and frustrated with their lack of communication. Finally I had received a call back after 3, almost 4, weeks and was scheduled an appointment.

Very kind and professional. Made me feel comfortable. Lady in the room next to me was going off on them for no reason and yet they remained calm and so nice , nicer than I would’ve been.

Worst experience in this dentist the doctor did my fillings so horrible that i ended up needing two emergency root canels.Till this day i have not received a call back from him to see how im doing after i called him multiple times to tell him how swollen i was.Ended up with a very bad infection and paid over 2,000 to fix there damages!
