Consistently kind and attentive. At my previous dentist, I would dread and avoid and fear going, which was no good for anything or anyone. But now I actually look forward to going to the dentist, which is wild. Everyone here has been super nice, even when they've obviously had a long day. Clearly there is effort put into bedside manner, and I appreciate immensely. My dental hygienist is creative at coming up with simple, effective workarounds for habits I struggle with, and I never feel judged, dismissed, or shamed. Rather the opposite - kind, but firm advice, and a willingness to think outside the box and address my concerns. Plus I learn new things every time I come in. And I've never had cleanings be as painless as here - there will always be a little discomfort, but it is so, so minimal compared to what I was used to before. I can't recommend this practice enough. They've truly changed my relationship to my teeth.

Dr. Chan and her staff are wonderful! Our whole family has been going to her for a number of years now since we moved to the area. The office is modern and clean and the level of care and attention they provide is great. They really take the time to explain procedures and answer all of your questions. After receiving awfull news from a different dentist that I needed a root canal I decided to get a second opinion just in case I wouldn't have to get one. The amazing dental team at von chan decided they could avoid a root canal and thanks to their extreme skill and care I no longer have too. They even have a tv on the ceiling so I could have my fillings taken care of while fully entertained. I wouldn't place my mouth in the hands of anyone else but the great and kind team at von chan.
