This is a rip off dentist and her one person secretary doesn’t know anything about the practice, procedures and prices. When presented with the extremely high bill I asked her to go over each cost with me she said don’t worry you’re getting a good price. They couldn’t even get the simplest job of appointment scheduling right.
They called the day before the appointment to remind me of the time and never showed up until an hour later and wanted to say I was late
The pre bill with the scope of listed work ‘does not show the delta dental pricing only the cost of her scope of work. They charged me $350.00 per quadrant for just numbing my mouth totaling $1,400.00 and another $700.00 for numbing for my crown. They put in 2 temporary crowns in my mouth for less than on week and each throwaway temporary was $500.00. My new dentist charged $610.00 for full mouth deep cleaning all 4 quadrants as opposed to her charge to me of $2,385.00. My 2 crowns cost was $3,492.00 , paid up front before any work was begun and not discussed pricing and procedure with the cost.
I was also verbally told I had much more work to be done in the future. My sister also went there and was off and filed a claim against the dentist.

Very excellent care is given here. The dentist is extremely knowledgeable. Teaches preventative methods to the patients. I am always greeted very warmly and the office is a beautiful place to wait. Greatful for having a dentist and staff like this.

The first time I went to the dentist she charged me extra because I needed a deep cleaning. It had been 10 months (because of covid) and I was new in town, I don't mind paying a bit extra if the service is good, so hey no problem. The cleaning is fine, no problems. During this session, she recommended that I come back in 3 months for a cleaning which was a first. I travel a lot for work and my schedule is slammed, so I made another appointment 5 months later, no big deal. On this visit she tried to say that I needed an "appliance" to fix my mouth, take moldings, etc. When I asked her to be specific, explain the issue and the fix, she couldn't, at all! It sounded sketch as hell. She also said that I had numerous cavities that needed filling - she claimed 6! Also she was going to need to replace my older cavities despite them causing me zero discomfort. I brush, floss and use a waterpik every day, there is just no way!

So for my next cleaning I went to a separate dentist who said everything looked fine. No cavities, minimal cleaning. When I asked about the appliance, replacing of fillings and any new cavities, he said I was good to go.

Do NOT go to Lalitha Smile, she will over charge you for ANYTHING.

I have been a patient of Dr. Achyuta for several years. I have found her services to be excellent. Every effort is made by the doctor and her staff to make me comfortable and at ease with whatever dental work is done. Her staff is friendly and efficient. I particularly appreciate the time taken to explain in detail the proposed work and why it needs to be done. Her offices are immaculate, well equipped, and furnished beautifully. This is really a great place for your dental needs.
