One of the most caring professional offices I have been to. Dr. Oshagh is a very passionate dentist whose priority is ultimate patient care. She is kind and extremely gentle. She spent a long time explaining my treatment and answered all my questions thoroughly. Everyone OM the office is respectful and kind. I'd strongly recommend Dr. Oshagh to my family and friends.

Dr. Oshagh is the most caring and diligent dentist I have ever had. I always feel comfortable walking into her office because the front desk admin, Aria is a very friendly and welcoming guy.
I have been Dr. Oshagh's client for over 10 years. She knows her job very well and always considers the patient's comfortability. Dr. Oshagh is a very professional and compassionate dentist who communicates an effective treatment plan that is also affordable. For example, many years ago I had a problem with my front tooth and while none of the dentists could fix it, Dr. Oshagh was the one who saved my tooth and solved the problem. I am 100% confident in her experience and ability to deliver a high-quality service. I referred my children, family members, and friends to her and they are also very happy with Dr. Oshagh's performance. I strongly recommend everyone to stop by her office if you want a reliable, responsible, and considerate dentist!

Generally, I hate going to the dentist. It's not an original idea, I know. A part of it stems from the fact that I dread their screeching drills, and also from the fact that I haven't been taking great care of my teeth heh. But I'm grateful to have found a dentist near my area that not only takes Medi-Cal insurance, but also provided quality care and time spent helping me. Dr. Oshagh & her team are courteous and friendly, and I always appreciate a medical professional that is no-nonsense & straightforward when it comes to advice and treatment. The overall appointment was thorough, painless, and a pleasure. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Oshagh and her team for getting in that routine dental care!

A couple of notes to add:

- This is a small, older building, but it is a clean facility. I am indifferent when it comes to how medical offices looks though. There are free, designated patient parking spots in front of her office

- With Medi-Cal, you only get 1 free cleaning + X-rays per year. The receptionist informed me that it would cost $80 to pay for the same service 6 months later as recommended. For what you're getting, and if you can afford it, I'd do it (and plan to)

- As with most appointments, I'd recommend calling the office first thing in the morning or a little before they close to see if they have any next day appointments available. Often times, the staff will do reminder calls and have last-minute cancellations. I was fortunate to get a next day appointment despite being a new patient because of this (thanks to the receptionist!)

- For being a new patient, you get a nice little bag of dental goodies (toothbrush, floss, etc.)

The receptionist Aria or whatever his name is is HORRIBLE!!! I’m guessing this is a family member of hers because why would she hire someone who doesn’t have experience with being a dental receptionists. The office is old but seems to be well kept and the dentist seems like she should retire soon. I had one cleaning which was decent and I was supposed to go back for fillings but changed my mind due to the ridiculous policies they have and the HORRIBLE customer service I received. I will be finding another dentist who actually cares about patients and not someone rude or disrespectful. I would advise anyone else to go elsewhere!
