Heartbroken. A few months ago, they killed my cat, Cashew. She was the sweetest most special girl and the killed her. She was spayed by the older male veterinarian there and immediately was acting so weak and could stand or move. I took her back and they told me SHE WAS OVER EXAGGERATING! Literally! I was crying and told them something was wrong and they acted like they didn't even want to take her back and examine her. They sent me home and she died a few hours later. They never called to check on her. It has taken me months to even write this because I am still in so much pain. She is cremated now and in a beautiful box on my desk. Please do not bring your animals here. Go to Country Animal Care in Phelan. They really love the animals and care so much.

This is going to be my second post. My first post was about what I witnessed in the waiting room as a dog lay on the floor having seizures for at least 10 minutes. Not one staff member came out to help this poor dog. Not even the ladies behind the desk. His owner spoke very little English as they were trying to tell him another place to go. It was the saddest thing I've ever seen and their excuse was they" were just too busy". I'm sure the dog died on the way home when they sent him away. I did have my personal dog who is bit by a horse and Dr loveless performed emergency surgery which saved my dog's leg. As far as aftercare his associate she did nothing to further my dogs recovery. I went and got a second opinion where they fixed my dog's leg right to heal better what took almost 4 and 1/2 months should have only taken two. Doctor loveless is a great vet it's his staff that needs to be more sensitive to your pets

Rude office receptionist, there are a few rude technicians there as well. The doctor left early having me come pick up my pet with services not finished wasting my time. Prices are high, trying to sell test that may or may not be needed, if you don’t buy testing I was refused service. I had a very bad experience there , the place has went down hill in the last few months. I wouldn’t give them even one star. Save yourself time and money take your pets to another vet.

Tried to charge for procedure they don’t do after they held dog all day and denied doing procedure of spaying because we didn’t want to pay for additional procedures they pushed our appointment to the end of the day and said they could not do it then when we said no to the bill they banned us from the vet location poor hospitality and service negative review if I could

Came twice, never coming back. Vet refused to provide follow-up treatment requested by emergency clinic, and lied to me about why he wouldn't do it. Better off going to someone younger who is hopefully better educated and honest. At least the vet techs are nice.

I took my dog here 2 years ago to be put to sleep. They gave her the paralytic and left us in there for 10 minutes. I had to blink my poor dogs eyes for her, tongue out on the floor, she couldn't move for the whole 10 mins, it was absolutely terrible. Never left a bad review. Now, today, my mom took my brother's 2 year old pitbull to get her fixed. She was healthy and as spunky as can be. They told her to take her home and she will come out of the anesthesia. She died 45 mins after getting her home!!! My brothers baby is dead. Do Not Take Your Pets Here. They are negligent. Not just once but twice. I would never recommend them.
