Dr. Portillo is fantastic! After my recent car accident, he gave me a thorough exam and really took the time to explain everything. He’s professional, kind, and attentive. The adjustments worked wonders, and I felt much better afterward. The office is clean, with plenty of parking, and Dr. James and the rest of the staff are great too. Highly recommend checking them out!

Great experience here! Kristen was so helpful in getting me in for my first appointment after I injured my back and was in a great deal of pain. She was super accommodating. I’ve been working with Dr. Portillo and he’s been so incredibly helpful. Best chiropractor I’ve ever worked with. He’s extremely smart but also very compassionate. He actually cares about how you’re feeling, what’s going on vs other chiropractors who clearly just want to adjust you and move on to the next patient. I definitely recommend this practice!

I have gone to Higher Ground Chiropractic a few times now. Dr. Portillo is great. He listens to what you need. The adjustments don't hurt, and he even gave me some PT to do at home to help me. The rest of the staff are great too.

Dr. Dietrick is a great adjuster! This is what I look for in a good chiropractor. If I’m ever in a jam (literally) he can get me feeling better much quickly. I’ve referred my friends and family, and they’ve all had a good experience with him. He also has a unique treatment for people suffering from disc problems like a herniated disc. It’s not traction, and it has a high success rate. He is also an extremities specialist (knees, feet, arms, wrists, etc). I encourage anyone reading this to check our Higher Ground Chiropractic. You won’t be disappointed!

These guys saved my livelihood.
I have sciatica due to three bulging discs. The decompression therapy did wonders. This is the place to come if you have any type of back, neck, shoulder or even joint pain. I actually came here about a year ago three times a week for three months and I haven’t had to come back for any type of treatment. Totally worth it!

I have been going to Higher Ground Chiropractic for about three weeks. When I started I had old injuries from a 2015 car accident that would flare up on occasion, Dr. Dietrick had alleviated the problem that I had for a long period of time. He takes the time to go over everything with you in the beginning and I can truly appreciate that because not everyone will do that to help patients feel comfortable. The work he has put in to making me feel better has shown in leaps and bounds. I got my husband to go to him as well and he loves the experience as much as I do! Dr. Dietrick is very knowledgeable and always makes his customers feel right at home. He explains what he is going to do and why before he does any adjustments and makes client comfort a top priority. The office staff always does an excellent job from start to finish!
