Dr Lavigna did a great job helping me fix several ingrown toenails. His medical assistant is also wonderful.

I scheduled my appointment online. I received no call beforehand about pricing or any type of instruction. When I call the facility to get information and pricing I was quoted a price of $285. At the office by the Dr I was quoted the same price. However, when I finish my appointment I was quoted a higher price. When I asked how come the price changed she basically said the Dr and who ever I spoke to didn't know their own prices. Which is crazy because there were only two secretaries and I am positive I spoke to her on the phone. Very shady business. Also the worst part is my c/o of an ingrown toe nail still remains except now my toe and nail is now misshapen and the skin around it is constantly peeling from his horrible service. My toe was swollen and numb (which caused me to limp or be able to put a shoe on) for 2 1/2 days after even though I followed the very little instruction they gave me. I will never go to Bay area foot clinic again. I have provided pictures of after the service and now after a month has passed.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lavigna. His staff was very kind, thoughtful and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me after getting a sewing needle stuck in my foot. I never thought I'd need a Podiatrist, but so thankful to have been referred to him when I did. He truly cares and does an exceptional job.

I’ve seen a few podiatrists over the years, typically for running related injuries. Most have been good to great. Dr Lavigna is no exception. He was terrific. AND on time, staff was really pleasant and he spent a lot of time with me. Will happily repeat as needed.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Lavigna and I did not feel like just another patient, I felt welcome as if I'd been there several times before. EVERYONE, was kind, helpful, and informative. Dr. Lavigna is very pleasant, reassuring, and gentle. He also noticed immediately that my ankle was swollen when I had not. I actually look forward to my next visit!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My visit was very quick. I do feel like the staff cared and they sent me enough reminders about my appointment. Dr. Lavigna did an examination with x-rays, he said he would help me get what I require for happy ankles and foot pain. However I feel was treated as part of an assembly line, especially as a first time patient I thought he would want a lot more info and or time. I am scheduled for custom insoles and a follow up so I will give another review if I am able. Overall, it was an okay experience, with a stand out staff.

I’m really not sure how Dr. Lavigna has such great reviews. He came off as really rude with no bedside manners. He was barely informative and did not make me feel comfortable at all. He even left the room after our session without even saying bye! I came here because he had good reviews online. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but I would never come back to him.

Dr. Lavigne is great. His staff is very friendly and efficient. I got an appointment and got in to see the doctor very quickly. The exam went well, he asked me a bunch of questions about the pain that I was experiencing. He has an excellent bed-side manner. And he gave me a diagnosis, offered me some suggestions, and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I elected for PT over wearing orthotics, which I have tried to use in the past and am not fond of. Now I’m on the road to recovery and feeling better - all thanks to Dr. Lavigna. If you need to see a podiatrist, I highly recommend Dr. Lavigna.
