Dr. Hoang is amazing. For starters, Dr. Hoang's practice is strict with protection protocols and was constantly cleaning. I was honestly a bit nervous my first dental visit since the start of the pandemic but they put me at ease the moment I walked through the door. She was the first dentist to notice and know about a genetic condition of mine instantly, I was very impressed. So in addition to being highly observant, she's super friendly, gentle and clearly loves her work. Most of all, she's honest. I do not have to worry about being pitched services that I might not need.

Dr. Tran Hoang is the BEST! She is knowledgeable and most importantly cares about her patients. She listens to my needs and concerns and makes every effort to make sure that I am comfortable throughout my visit. I trust her opinion and advice - particularly if I am having a challenging tooth issue. I have decided to bring my entire family to her office for all of our dental needs. Never could say this before but I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Love Love Love Dr. Hoang! She is by far the best dentist I've gone to in terms of her work, and the fact that she keeps my mind off the dental procedures with her great sense of humor and funny stories. She's wonderful with kids too so our whole family goes to Pleasant Hill General Dentistry.

Dr. Hoang is absolutely amazing! My husband fractured half his crown off and our dentist who we've been seeing for 15+ years handled the circumstances poorly. My hubby then went to see Dr. Hoang off recommendation. My husband who dreads the dentist, actually came back with a smile. Said she was great, not only did she take the time to do treatment to protect his tooth right then, but she explained the whole process and actually educated him on treatment. When he went back for his new crown he even fell asleep during treatment. Who falls asleep at the dentist?! You know she's good! She's fun, down to earth and downright trust worthy of working in our mouths any day! We are so happy with the practice and staff that we decided to make a permanent change and become patients of Dr. Hoang.

Saved my tooth! I was very worried it was going to come down to a root canal, thankfully I did not!
The office was very clean. I noticed they had some mini hepa filters running in the procedure area and that was a nice comfort. Aesthetics were clean as well.
Team was awesome! Dr. Hoang and her assistant were really fluid together, made for a really fast and seamless visit.
I super recommend them. Best experience I've had in the tooth department!

I wanted to find a dentist that is both good and honest about what really needs done vs optional procedures. Dr. Tran Hoang and her team exceeded ALL of my expectations. They are much more advanced than general dentists (Prosthodontists can do dental implants and complex restoration procedures), so when they do family dentistry, they can explain why and how things are happening and work with incredible precision that very few other dentists can achieve. I was very close to needing a root canal and a crown on a tooth. Dr. Hoang cleaned all of the decay with such surgical precision that saved the root, and the crown and thousands of dollars for me (not to mention sparing me all that pain). Go to a dentist with skills, it pays off!
